Hi My Super Lean hamper (950907035) was delivered today, but unfortunately it contained only 10 (not 12) packets of mince and no freezer bags (80 bags missing). The total cost was £79 including doubling up and an extra chicken pack. I have had meat from you before and this is the first time that this has happened. I am very happy with the quality of the food and await a reply from you. Best regards Chris Coles SMy order number 950932892 had missing items and a note was sent with the order, advising me that your customer service team will process a refund in the next 5-7 days. Two weeks have now elapsed and we have not received a refund.

Decent enough meals for the price. Ive been subscribed for years. Ingredient consistency can be unreliable for nutrional purposes. Generally good. Could do with student discount being usable.

Box open No idea of what food or how many pieces was delivered Why can you not name all pieces so at least we know what we got As for food seems very chilled and nice taste bacon sausages anyway.Very disappointed that there was no recipes saying what was there after all cost over £70

My first order had 2 opened packets, and my second order was missing 3 packets. I have placed my 3rd order as the meat is lovely but if there are mistakes then I won't place a 4th order.

Turned up promptly, well packaged, but the heritage steaks were really grissly and we couldn't chew them

not to happy that the site does not have a live telephone link for when you have issues, the company DPD where responsible for the issues with the non- delivery, the delivery was due on the 28th of Nov and never materialised and received a text in the evening to say that the order would be delivered the following day the 29th, and again that evening to receive a text to say that the order had been destroyed, and to contact Muscle foods, this had meant that i had stayed at home for two days awaiting a delivery that never materialised, i tried on numerous occasions to contact the company on the 30th until 31st with no luck until the i received a Facebook message on the 1st December stating that the delivery company were to blame and that the order would be replaced, this was a little inconvenient as i had arranged a family get together in which this order was the main event, if there was a live phone number available for these type of issues this situation could have been dealt far quicker, I also found it hard to believe that the muscle foods did not have the details of my order, when they had all my details and where using these to create and send the delivery using these details, surely the company keeps details of all orders and expected dates of delivery.

It is good. Don’t get me wrong it’s great it comes on time the meat is okay but it’s just not as high quality meat as the supermarkets sadly, will continue to order as the price is good and it’s convenient but I was unhappy with most of their pork especially

The meat is perfect only thing I have a problem with is the leaving the box on top of bin outside not even knocking on door so I don't know how long it had been there and the box was unsealed

The meat was packaged badly. Piri Piri chicken ripped. Chicken breast had a lot of sinew still. Pork that thin only good for braising. 2 steaks different sizes so one had a couple of small bits thrown in. But my partner said its the best hes had in a long time. Flavor good just packing. If they changed it I might try them again. Better than supermarket but expensive for what you get

Been buying muscle food for a few years now but the flavourings have changed on many of the most favoured meals I purchase like the Satay chicken Thai chicken and Black bean ones. The meals are still okay just not as good as they used to be

I can't believe that I spent almost ?140 with you yet I still got charged ?2 delivery!!. I got the 5kg bundle of chicken which was 30 pieces which worked out around ?1 each so not that good really. The delivery person didn't follow my instructions either so food was on the defrost by the time I got home. Had a reply from Muscle food saying that delivery cost should of been more...... I shall not be ordering anything else from this site,if I was them I'd take a look at this because I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has spent more than ?100 or more and the delivery costs should be free once you spend so much. ?140 or ?2 ....

The value is pretty good if you can get a good offer but I found that the chicken breast packs were underweight (one by more than 10%). They did refund them but I'm pretty surprised they aren't doing checks

I love muscle food but when I got my ?55.01 amper, in one of the free ampers and I didn't recived my kebabs in one. I was gutted. I felt as though they where basically free or worth 1p, i choice not to ask for them. So for that reason it's a 3* rating from me this time ??

I can't fault the food at all, it is really good products for the price, the only let down and this is a major thing, the quality of the delivery package is diabolical and absolutely pathetic, just sent in a bag with ice packs is stupid, the cardboard box it came in was soaking at the bottom almost falling out due to the ice packs melting, the bag is just a simple carrier bag, if they had used a proper freezer bag then that wouldn't of happened, so unfortunately that is why i have given it 3 stars not 5 due to the seriously poor quality of delivery packaging

Love the variety of food and flavours and at great prices too. However there is an issue with the freshness of the meat giving off a smell. This usually happens as a result of meat starting to go off. I had washed the chicken twice which did help but still had a slight smell as I was washing it. Aside from this I have been happy with muscle foods and the service they provide.

I was a bit disappointed with the amount of meat in my black Friday hamper. You have to be really careful to read the weights on the products as some are very small and barely make a meal.

My usual order delivery was delayed by the delivery company by a day, 2nd day still no delivery, when I advised I don't want delivery as food would no longer even be cold, MF advised delivery was cancelled. As a contractor I lost 2 days salary waiting for a delivery that was not going to happen. Another delivery arranged and as I had to go work for an emergency, I arranged for an upstairs neighbour to accept delivery, put a note on the door next to my doorbell. This was clearly ignored as neighbour was in and no doorbell was rung. When I got back 4 hours later the box of food was outside another neighbours door in the blazing hot sun during a heatwave. All the food was defrosted and I ended up giving it all to a half way house close by. This is not acceptable and I'll be cancelling my 3 weekly order with MF. I understand it's not MF but I cannot lose money waiting and then be paying for meals for other people.
