Bought a ?50 hamper box. Liked that I could customise the hamper to suit my own needs. Easy to order and order came in good time. Use by dates weren?t an issue as was able to freeze food to use later. Only con was that after ordering, I couldn?t see which individual items I had added to the hamper box. I tried to find this my order email, my account but it itemised the order as a ?50 hamper box. Would be better to be able to see what I have ordered in my opinion.

I'm sure the chicken I ordered would have been very nice but when you leave instructions to leave INSIDE the porch and it get left outside the porch on one of the hottest days of the year for 5 hours , I wasn't prepared to try eating it . I understand this is the fault of the delivery firm and not muscle food. So I cannot give a true account of my experience of the food .

The delivery was okay and it was good quality food. But if you went to a major superstore you?ll get a lot more value for money.

The meat is great as always but I was concerned that the package was open when it arrived. This meant I had to check thoroughly that everything was there and I feel the chilling system is then compromised.

Look it's alright, it does what it says. The recipes are quite bland and they are not great quality (compared to Gousto, Mindful Eating etc) but for the price it's fair.

Two items missing, was refunded. Only 12 meatballs delivered, supposed to be 20, again refunded when I contacted Customer service. Meat tastes OK, but same as supermarket, so rather than waiting for delivery (which I was notified would be a day late) I may as well stick to what I know, without the hassle. Also being vacuum packed it looks so unappetising.

The steak was great but I have marked it lower because some of the chicken was fatty. I have complained twice about this and was hoping with a new supplier that I wouldn't have this problem again.

I would usually give five stars but this time only three. The product itself is top notch but the box came opened/split and even though I had enter the yummo code for a free box, it did not arrive with the delivery, which is a shame.

Very small portions. 200gm of mince beef dosent even make a decent cottage pie for two people. Pictures look like you are getting g twice the amount. Steaks were full of gristle. Packs of chicken pieces in bbq sauce were only enough for one person unles bulked out with lots of veg/rice.

I received my order and one of the products were open, and I contacted Customer Service and they corrected the issue. Why does the vacuum chicken packs smells so bad when opening them?

As always great delivery communication and time slot ??..Our packs are usually first rate a fact we share with family and friends alike..So we were a bit disappointed this time round as only one of the stakes was grizzle free, one in particular had such a Think part threw-out it, that it was almost inedible. Still working our way through the pack so hopefully will be to the usual standard.

To be honest, It?s nothing major, one of the gel packs had burst so I had to clean everything, And the chicken breast had more blood pockets than what I would expect from store bought, so I cut them off as wife not happy,

Muscle foods are a good company however DPD who deliver the food are useless Not once have they correctly dropped the parcel where it should be. Today the parcel was left outside our block of flats, for anybody to help themselves. The ice blocks had been completely melted. This was despite telling them to deliver to the 3rd floor INSIDE the flats

MuscleFood did great. DPD not so much! Who in their right mind would leave a food delivery in direct sunlight beside a bin rather than in the selected safe place of my shed?

Everything was as expected except the 2.5kg of chicken breasts. My ordered was delivered on Wednesday 5th July and the chicken was to be used by Sunday 9th July. Which gives me 4 days to eat 2.5kg. I think that there should be a longer time frame to able to meal prep for a few days at a time.

Not bad but certain food items don?t provide details of the use by date on the website which makes buying in bulk a bit difficult unless you?re happy to freeze most of it. Chinese chicken on a stick were very good. 5kg bag of chicken was extremely poor quality, full of water and very tough, supermarket equivalent is much better quality in my opinion. The chicken comes from abroad which is also disappointing. Overall pretty good value but the quality isn?t the best. Huge amount of 5 star reviews simply saying ?I love it?, looks to be fake reviews to me.

We are regular customers of musclefood, have been for years and have always been very happy with the service/value for money. However, this time we purchased our order it didn't arrive due to a courier issue, which is no fault of musclefood but we had to chase it up which took multiple days to hear back. Meaning there were days where we had no idea what was going on, we hadn't received our order and I still hadnt received a refund. When we finally got a response we were told that the courier had to dispose if our order due to damages and they would offer us a refund (days after the original delivery date), so we opted for a new delivery. Eventually after getting our delivery 8 days after the original date, we were upset to see that everything was simply thrown into 1 box, the cans of juice were severly damaged, dented and deformed, 2 of the cooling bags had burst and leaked all over the rest of the contents of the box, which required cleaning each individual item, and one of the packets of chicken meatballs were ripped open. The bottom of the box was also falling apart due to the moisture of the cooling packs, making it very difficult to carry inside. I cannot fault the quality of the food however, musclefood has always been our family's go to for meat due to the value for money and the quality of the food. We were just disappointed with the delivery and lack of communication when the initial order seemed to have vanished. We will be using musclefood again, hoping this was just a one off
