“My hamper arrived Box was open and so was the bag inside. It didn?t look like my hamper at al very disappointed”

“I signed up for the subscription and also bought a meat hamper with extras free. The meat hamper was great as most of it went in the freezer. The meat was good especially the rump steaks which were well worth the money. However the subscription wasn?t so good. The meat has short dates so ok for freezing but you have to freeze it on day of arrival to defrost it one or two days later so not practical. Also some of the veg was past its best. Two separate packs had a red onion and both were severely mouldy. This has transferred on to other veg in the pack which was a bit off putting. Some of the other veg does not last 5 days. I was really disappointed as the subscription was ideal but too expensive to be throwing stuff away. I?d recommend buying hampers and other items individually but not the subscription if only for the freshness of the meat and quality of the veg.”

“Good chicken and steak, disappointed with mince, also I?m in 2day delivery area and the small gel ice packs are fully thawed so I think larger gel packs should be used.”

“I ordered muscle food with great expectation. When the delivery arrived half the order was missing. A note stuck on the box stating due to an unexpected rise is orders they were unable to complete the delivery.”

“The quality is good but the beef and chicken is a bit too salty. Regarding the offers that fall below the minimum spend it is not clearly advertised on the offer or during checkout if there are alternative offers that meet the same price per kg to allow the customers to spend the minimum needed to avoid additional charges. And should be addressed to encourage repeated service.”

“Good quality meat as usual, however missing items from delivery, no replacements given just a refund in the next 5-7 days. No option to have the missing items sent out, even though they are still showing as in stock.”

“Price was great but not sure about the quality. I froze it all as soon as it got here, but there were some odd smells when defrosting (which was done slowly) I don't enjoy any of the meat as a result, but have no choice as I used my monthly food budget to purchase. I wish I'd kept my ?70 and stuck to food shopping as I was before!”

“Good, but minces received only small and chicken meatballs never received. The chicken breasts are good quality and nice. Delivery was 30 mins later than said but good.”

“What was disappointing, was that the delivery driver left the package at the front door and drove off without any notification. When my mum opened the door, the Box was opened and damaged!! as was the bag the meat came in. We have checked the quantities and they appear to be all there. DPD need reigning in, their service was at best, underwhelming. This is twice this has happened. Puts you off ordering your products!”

“First order the dates were very short, wasted some of the fish. My second order, 6 items out of stock and missing. Food is nice and mostly good quality but too many errors for me so far. Maybe third time lucky”

“I was disappointed that you gave me a refund before I received my order and when I emailed to ask what the refund was for you never bothered to reply. When I received my order on Thursday I discovered it was the two tomahawk steaks that were for my Christmas and New Year dinners.”

“First time using it, and probably the last. Should've looked at the weight of the items rather than the pic. Sausages are really skinny, pork chops I can fit both in the palm of my hand and we had meat missing from ours. And the water content in the meat was quite high too. Worth a try to what it was like tho.”

“The parcel was warm when it arrived. Bit worried about using the contents. Don't think I'll bother getting it again . I'm sure the portions used in the photos are much larger than the ones you get too.”
