iPhone 6. 16gb. Extremely low usage phone had always been in an armoured case. Offer rejected - the case was bent. Total rip off. My photos prove it.

MusicMagpie offered a heavily discounted item. They refunded rather than honour their promise to deliver. Disappointing.

My phone was stated as being heavily scratched and they sent me a picture showing what they described as proof. It is in fact the indentation under the lens which is present on all I phone 5 S and part of the design. A total waste of my time, even the customer services agreed with me but could not reverse the decision of a so called expert ?

Absolute joke. Sent in a PS3 console to be sold. Original offer price was £35. Their tech team then revised the offer to £3.30 due to a fault. Apparently it wouldn't switch on. Naturally I declined this offer so they returned the item. Guess what - it powers up perfectly!! Have just resent the console but yet again it has "failed" inspection. This time apparently the casing was damaged. No consistency from these people. Absolute wasters!

Had a lot of dvd's and games about 100. Most were offered very little, for 4 of the games I was offered £3. I checked them all the were in good order. We always take care of our dvd's/games. Always straight back in the box, always toughing at the edges.Checked all the boxes were filled. Surprise, surprise: 3 of the 4 games which were offered the most, got declined. Damaged/case empty. 100% sure they were not. This company is a big scam.

Sent Nintendo DSI XL and Nintendo DS lite as they have been kept in a cupboard not being used for a while. Quoted £12 each for them so sent them along with a lot of games. Both of them I checked the working order of and took off the photos on the DSI before I sent. Surprise surprise both have been reduced to £2 and £1.20 respectively because of button damage and screen not working, but they worked 2 days previously. What a crock of shit. Wished I'd have taken them to CEX or read these other reviews first !!

I wouldn't give any stars if possible!! I've made the mistake of many and not read reviews before I used! They offered me 135 for my samsung s6 which might I add is in very good condition always had a screen protector and case on, I've just received a email saying my item not as described and is in poor condition!! What a load of s**t. They offer 80 pounds instead. I have declined and sent a email stating I wish for my phone to be returned in the same condition I sent it in. I am praying it comes back ok. They definitely need investigating watch dog need informing!! DO NOT USE EVER

I was offered £86 for my samsung s5. There was nothing wrong with it, it was always kept in a case with a screen protector. I then get told it is faulty and they will only offer £18 even tho there was nothing wrong with it. Not impressed.

I sent MM 2 mobiles on different occasions, the first was a Galaxy S5 they quoted me £75 on there website, after receiving it they offered £5.00 because they said the phone had been rooted, this was never the case I have had the phone from new and didn't even know what rooted meant untill I checked, the second phone I sent was a Galaxy S6 edge they quoted £175 this time the offer went down to £48 because they said there was a pixel fault to the screen. I could swallow a problem with 1 mobile but with 2 mobiles that had both been kept in cases with screen protectors and were in first class used condition, I can see how they can afford to collect and return your phones for free using DPD couriers Today the average price of the S6 edge on there website is £250 if I had sold mine for £48 there's a nice profit there, if only 50% of people except there reduced offers your looking at big bucks, so do yourself a favour and don't waste you time with Music Magpie you will probably get more on Ebay.

If I could I'd not award any stars at all! Having checked that my hubby had done the "Factory Reset" correctly, he carefully wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a box. He took it to the post office and got all the tracking details etc. It had a screen protector on it and there was nothing wrong with it when it left here; apparently according to MM, there was "liquid screen damage", so instead of the £50 offered originally, he was offered £5.30. (Where do they get there figures from?) We declined the offer and requested photos of this so called damage and we await the return of the So-called damaged phone with anticipation. If there's anything wrong with it, the s**t will hit the fan! And I will plaster their scams all over my social media!!

Similar experience. Quote £135 for phone which had always been kept in a folding case and with a tempered glass screen. Sent in to be told the screen was 'faded' and quoted £81. Will not use again.

well I was about to send in my phone but as there is more bad reviews than good I will not even attempt to waste my time as I know there is nothing wrong with my phone but I have delt with companies like this before and you should always read the reviews because people are not going to waste there time writing a bad review for no reason and when its majority theres clearly a problem going on here.

Sent Blackberry using their prepaid label and got post office tracking number. Various comms with .music magpie claim phone not received (tracking very clearly stated the date it was) then they claimed the tracking number belonged to something else i had posted and then they admitted it was delivered but is "missing". Even though it is somewhere on their premises I have to wait for the post office to pay out on the insurance. That'll never happen has it was delivered ok. Whata scam

Quoted £160 for a Samsung s6+ 64gb in really good condition and then offered £90 as they classed the phone as in poor condition. The phone was immaculate with a brand new screen. Shocking company...do not use.
