“I was skeptical, maybe you are too? They aren't Amazon, Walmart or Ebay, names you know and trust. So I read the fine print carefully for a few months and was concerned about getting imitation boots. But they were the ones I had wanted since the winter. Boy am I glad I did before the winter came! The boots are the perfect size, the shipping notification kept me informed at every moment for the shipping process and everything went fantastically smooth. Thank you CozyBoots for putting my Ugg dream boots on my tired feet. I absolutely love them!!!”

“I absolutely LOVE my new Ugg boots. Super cute and well-made. They’re more narrow than my first pair of Ugg’s and I like that. I sized up a half size from my usual boot size and I can wear medium weight socks with them. I couldn’t be happier.”

“I receive the package and opened immediately to find defective/damaged boots. I sent an email right away and followed what was told me to do for the return label, it has been 5 days and no return label. It was clear on the picture sent that I received something defective or damaged... I check every day and the site said under review... what's to review? I received a boot with a missing part and I asked to exchange it...”
