“I absolutely LOVE my new Ugg boots. Super cute and well-made. They’re more narrow than my first pair of Ugg’s and I like that. I sized up a half size from my usual boot size and I can wear medium weight socks with them. I couldn’t be happier.”

“I receive the package and opened immediately to find defective/damaged boots. I sent an email right away and followed what was told me to do for the return label, it has been 5 days and no return label. It was clear on the picture sent that I received something defective or damaged... I check every day and the site said under review... what's to review? I received a boot with a missing part and I asked to exchange it...”

First of all, I do want to confirm that, according to tracking #, the package was delivered to your mailbox on May 14 at 3:28 PM. Also, our customer service department sent you multiple emails confirming delivery and even provided a copy of the shipping label attached to your package to confirm the delivery address.
