“I recently ordered boots from this company. Unfortunately they were too small. I attempted to ask for an exchange. However, they will not allow a return until it is “approved” which took several days. In addition, I emailed them 3 times to ask if I could exchange the boots rather than just return them and never got a response. They actually did me a favor, since I will no longer use this company for anything. The return cost me an extra $25 and they made the whole thing more difficult than it needed to be. I will stick with Amazon from now on!”
