“Great customer service during ordering process. The initial boot I wanted was sold out so they sent me a different pair that I approved. Received them in a timely fashion. My boots were too small and my return was approved by the company so I sent them back and follow the directions given. Waiting on a refund and company has gone radio silent on me (it’s been over a month). Pretty frustrating!”

“This company will rip you off they have no good faith in returns. They make it close to impossible and charge “restocking fees”. They sell fake copies and the make you pay for return shipping if you can even get a return processed. DO NOT BUY HERE”
