Hello Christine, I have carefully reviewed the communications between you and our company. First of all, I do want to confirm that, according to tracking #, the package was delivered to your mailbox on May 14 at 3:28 PM. Also, our customer service department sent you multiple emails confirming delivery and even provided a copy of the shipping label attached to your package to confirm the delivery address.

“These shoes are very comfortable. I haven't had them long, but from the very beginning there has not been any issues of rubbing or irritation. I appreciate that they come in half sizes!”
