Dear Eugenia, Your order has been delivered to your mailbox by the carrier, which is confirmed by the tracking number: March 22, 2021, 12:44 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox QUINCY, MA 02169 Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:44 pm on March 22, 2021 It looks like you also attempted to initiate a claim with the package insurance and it was denied due to the fact that "it falls outside of the package protection policy guidelines."

Dear Carol, Your review is misleading and untrue. We have 1) accepted your return request 2) responded to the emails you sent with instructions on how to retrieve return information. Specifically, we said that an email was sent to you AND you can always find return details in the RMA request you opened. The fact that you find it hard to locate an email or log back into the request you opened is not something we should be blamed for.
