“I ordered and paid for SIX canvasses on the 13 November. You delivered the two large canvasses on the 19th November. Over TWO weeks later (03 December), I am still waiting for the FOUR small portrait canvasses! I have lost count of the number of times I have phoned between 10.00 and 15.15. Have not spoken to anyone. I have lost count of the number of times I have e mailed.All I have had is a series of option responses. One of the canvasses was to be taken by a family member to Australia last week. I now have the expense of Airmailing the portrait to Perth. You say on your customer service that queries are resolved in less than an hour. Rubbish. All I have had from you is a tracking number with UPS and that has changed TWICE in the past two days. “Very disappointed. Ordered 2 x photo puzzles, looked great when arrived, however when trying to pry apart the pieces to put in a box several of the photos separated from the cardboard, dispite being very careful. Can no longer give as a gift due to poor quality.”
