Please avoid this company. It is a scam.
I ordered canvas printing photos and i haven't received any order confirmation but they took money straight.
I tried to contact their customer service but no way to reach. I tried to contact them for many times I could speak to one of advisor and they provide falut tracking number.
I asked agent to wait while I checked tracking number from UPS but it doesn't exist.
I complained to agent and she hang up.
It was the worst experience and customer service.”

1 - THEY LIE
A - Got through on phone, and was told would be with me at the latest friday 27th.
B - Told me shipped from Germany by Royal Mail. I am in Ireland(they assumed because rang from UK number i in UK, based in N.Ireland but shipping address in Dublin)
you would never ship a product from Germany to Ireland with Royal Mail.
C - I use Royal Mail all the time, for Domestic and International, i have a contact in there, NO PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
2 - MISTAKES HAPPEN(Just be honest)
A - Girl told me her Royal Mail saying delayed(though i got email saying shipped) i asked for tracking, No Can't do that. RUBBISH.
3 - NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND
A - I have not chance of getting. So don't bother.
4 - THEIR REVIEWS ON REVIEWS FAKE
A - You will notice, when a bad review goes up there is a wave of positive. FAKE. i researched, 1 out of 10 real.
B - Look at the space in dates of + & - reviews, WARNING.
5 - WHAT HAPPENED TO REVIEWS
A - Reviews what happened you used to be great for weeding out these types of companies.?
B - People so frustrated, that negative reviews have been set up on another page ''My Pictures'' because you took them down from here.
C - I would not be surprised if this taken down, i have an order number, only saving grace.

B - Tell me were the order is shipped/not shipped
