“Quality of the products and delivery times were excellent. Photos and canvas prints look great. First order for photos and canvas prints followed a couple of days later for further canvas prints following discounted offer and emails confirming production in place then dispatch of first oder with tracking number. Great service by my-picture, and really pleased with products. Prices for products competitive and good website making placing order easy.
Photos delivered by post within a week of order, in suitable packaging.
Only 4 stars owing to use of UPS for delivery of the large canvas prints on two seperate orders, who delivered out of advised day and time slots, (tracking on UPS own site and app) and on the first delivery left the large cardboard package outside front door, close to road/pavement which could have got stolen or damaged if it rained. Canvas prints were shrink wrapped inside box. But high value, sensitive package just left outside, rather than leave a calling card to arrange redelivery or anything, I think is very poor, if not negligent.
In conclusion happy to recommend products, but not delivery company for larger items, unless you are certain you will be available when they deliver... This will, unfortunately make me reconsider purchasing larger items from My-Picture, unless they can offer choice of delivery companies or secure delivery collection point, in future. If they do, i apologise, but did not see this option when placing order.”
