“As much as the quality of my photos are all fine. My issue is with my order. I have recieved 4 extra photos that are not mine, these photos include those of a separate family with their young children. It makes me feel uncomfortable knowing I have recieved someone elses photos especially minors. It makes me question if sny of my previous orders have ended up duplicated in someone else's position which I really hope has never happened.”
“I placed an order 27th or 28th Feb for canvas prints for Mothers Day (14/3), MyP had advertised on their website the special offers for Mothers Day - despite paying £6.00 for delivery & being advised on 03/03/21 that my order was about to be shipped I have still not received my order at 12/3 & UPS (possibly the worst courier co. ever) may be the responsible party but MyP need to be held responsible for disappointing lots of people - I'm so angry I will never use again & will be posting all over social media my awful experience.”
