I ordered photos for my mother's funeral. My-picture.co.uk assured me the photos would arrive in time. They did not and the photos were posted a week later than promised. Customer service were rude and unhelpful, offered no empathy at all given the situation and provided no resolution. The pictures turned up much later than advertised. Avoid my-pitcure.co.uk at all costs.

Acrylic photo arrived damaged. I phoned customer service 3 times. I was given a fake customer service email address. The links for their contact us page do not work. I am more than disappointed. Do not buy.

Ordered for Mother’s Day with plenty of time. Issues with timely delivery with two contacts to customer service and also with delivery contractor. We just felt fobbed off. Arrived after advised delivery, some 9 days after ordering. Not a good service and sorry can’t recommend to use.

Long delivery kept being delayed, no easy way to contact as when you fill out the form no one replies back to you. Photo came marked

was duped into thinking they were a good company by national TV advert. was told it would be delivered by mother's day....still waiting and it's been 8 days since i made the order. unfortunately it was for my grandmother who couldn't wait any longer and passed in her sleep last night. hopefully we'll receive it in time to cremate it alongside granny, but we're not holding out any hope 😔

Still waiting for blanket to arrive. This is a Mother’s Day gift ordered 12 March. You state orders placed 20 March should arrive for Mother’s Day. It is misleading to use .co.uk website. I would like a full refund. Appalling service and told to contact you again after Mother’s Day and then offered a voucher! Very poor customer service.

I ordered a single framed photo from MyPicture and despite the advertising of the turnaround time, they took over 2 weeks to even produce the photo let alone ship it. It was actually supposed to be a birthday gift for someone but it went way past that date. Really disappointed, I would recommend considering one of the many other companies who offer this service with a much quicker turnaround time.

One of the photos was printed in the middle of the frame with white marking on the top and bottom. Tried downloading photo but not accepting.

My canvas that was ordered nearly a month ago for my daughters birthday has STILL NOT ARRIVED! No help from customer service....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Disappointing service, void of possible. Purchased a product stating pre Christmas delivery however they failed you provide this and even update me. You even get the pleasure to pay £6 for delivery which is extremely disappointing.

I made an order on the 13th Dec 2021. The order was an intended Christmas present for my elderly Aunt for Christmas with pictures of my Boys on it. I had no email about the item being shipped and so had to chase that up and in fairness did get a response. I received items through the post a few days later. These items weren't my order and I received pictures of a random family I don't know. I have as such had to rethink and buy something else for my Aunt as its too close to Christmas to get anything sent and so have requested a refund. I have had a email back basically stating it was their mistake, they have disposed of my items and sent the wrong ones and that unfortunately because the product is based on my pictures and my specifications and are individually manufactured they can't refund me!!! How this is acceptable when they have provided me with a useless product to me which ISN'T based on my pictures or specifications and has been manufactured and disposed of by them at absolutely zero fault to the customer I don't know. I don't want a replacement now as its not going to arrive on time. I have sent them an email pointing out their liability. However this hasn't been responded to after they have sent the initial email. They're a company who clearly put profit before customer service. I now have to go through the credit card company when they could simply refund me the cash based on the fact they've not provided me with my order. You have sent me a stock reply you send to everyone and I have emailed you three times already prior to writing my review. You have already had my order number a picture of the product I've been sent and have sent me an email admitting it was a mistake with your shipping and you've disposed of my items. There is literally nothing more your customer services can do to make it right other than refunding my money which you're claiming you can't do. Completely unacceptable and against customers statutory rights

Terrible service. You cannot get hold of customer service. They have no number. They take your money immediately but delivery is a different matter. No sign of my delivery. It promises on website will be here for Christmas yet it’s not even been made!! They don’t answer emails. Stressful company to deal with and no idea if I’m actually even going to receive my goods ever

Nowhere on your site do you mention you're in Germany before ordering. I have tried to call several times, live messages go unanswered. Christmas presents aren't going to arrive on time despite lots of pop um messages stating plenty of time. I cant change the delivery address as the order isn't even in the UK as yet. Very unhappy customer.
