“The absolute idiocy to send me a review request asking about my order that not only was NOT received all requests and rime wasting emails sent begging for a refund IGNORED ... took my money sent me nothing and now a request for a review entitled are you satisfied with your order ... unbelievable. give me my money back !”

“Absolutely terrible service, ignored messages multiple times, no tracking, took 3 weeks for delivery, when website states 3-8 days, totally missing the event that I'd ordered hundreds of photos for and no offer of refund. Will NEVER order from them again.”

“It's smaller than I thought for the price the photo looks better and a fuller pillow the one I got what small and flimsy. i am not a happy customer to be honest it's very over priced for the size of it I wish I had gone elsewhere but I trusted your false marketing. I would of got a bigger pillow for the price I paid and it was discounted too! So if I i paid the full price I would be even more unhappy. I won't be suggesting to anyone to use your service. Such a shame.”

“Only regret is that I cannot score lower than 1 star. We are now on day 21 of a 4-6 day delivery window, and I have just been advised that there are further delays from the courier. Customer service is pretty much non-existent, and they seem to believe an offer of a discount which is lower than can be obtained from a quick google search will be enough to guarantee further business. Very poor”

“This company is terrible can't deliver on time and tell lies at every turn. I'm still waiting for my product even though apparently its been in transit for 4 days now which is still late even if it arrived 4 days ago. Terrible customer services and you can't get your money back either.”

“I had purchased thus for a 90th birthday gift. When the picture was due I got n email saying it would be delayed and when I spoke on line the help I got was rubbish. They could give me no idea when I would receive as coming from Germany! Sadly the picture arrived after the birthday party it was required for, would not use this company again. If they cannot update at payment on date of delivery (despite their site tells you how many days- which are not kept) they are not someone I would personally use again. Plenty of places to choose from. No point having an on line chat who can't answer questions or help!”

“Getting my two aluminium pictures has been a real slog, still not got them yet! Despite UPS, the my-picture selected shippers, failing to ship the artwork twice I am still awaiting delivery. my-picture send a standard email suggesting that the issue relates to me and that as a gesture they will dispatch the goods again free of charge which is a bit cheeky as it's nothing to do with my end at all. I would suggest research prior to using this company until they use an alternative shipper as you could be waiting months, if you get your pictures / artwork at all.”

“I ordered 12 mixtiles and by mistake added a duplicate photo, requested for a change just the day after and the team says they cant do anything :( thats too much, very poor customer service, I won't order from these guys again, mixtiles team are lot better, dealt with them in the past....these people have no value for a customer issue.”

“No response from the team and if there was a response they literally state whats written on the website. A 40cmx40cm pillow for printing an image on it is taking production 9 days (their website states 2 business days for production & that's after going into different pages on their website, where first, at plain sight, they state within 24 hours but when you dig deeper you find other shipping info - which as well isn't true by the way). I certainly don't advise anyone to order anything from this company. Still waiting for my product till date, I DIDN'T receive it till date 12 DAYS, DON'T believe the timelines provided on their website. I DON'T advise the use of MyPicture for any services/products, I'm saving you, your money, frustration and time for following up. And that's excluding the product's quality, that's if I ever receive it.”

“Up till a month ago I've always highly rated this company but looks like there's a big problem when it comes to packaging and sending rug mats with photo . The last 3 I have received have been badly creased and the creases don't want to come out as tried everything they mention but no joy ?The first 3 rugs were perfect with no creases and struggle to understand what's went wrong ? At £45 each it's alot of money to be let down time and time again .”

“I have waited for a blanket I had ordered for over two weeks, was a little suspicious when the order was completed the next day, now two weeks on I have still not received my order even though the tracking says dispatched and delivered???? I have tried the Chat but “ Louise “ kept sending me automated answers so I then tried the complaints procedure which can take up to three days ,next I tried the telephone after googling it first to see if the number was genuine . The telephone number goes to a answering machine on a Monday despite the words open from 8-18 ?. I’m assuming this means till 6 in the evening. Not happy £50 of my hard earned and limited funds 😡”

“Really disappointed with the poor quality of a jigsaw priced nearly £50. Posted in a plastic bag and the cardboard is so thin it was folded in half. Spoke to customer service and sent pictures but they say its absolutely fine. It was a gift its going in the bin, unfortunately there customer service is non existent. No picture included to be able complete puzzle either, very poor.”
