“It has been sitting in Germany for over a week. Considering the is is supposed to be a uk site not sure why it’s coming from Germany and taking so long. It said it would be shipped next day?! It’s been nearly 2 weeks.”

“AVOID!!!!!! My order took almost 4 weeks to arrive, arrived too late for the occasion that I'd ordered it for. I ordered a personalised mug and cushion, it stated a delivery time of 7-11 days on the website. I have emailed numerous times to complain about this as I had buy the identical items from a local supplier when they didn't arrive on time. I have been sent emails stating German law, basically saying that they don't need to refund if the items don't reach the customers in the times stated, this is a German company despite it having an 020 customer service number. I would never have ordered had I known it was a German company and the items might not arrive in the times stated. When I phoned them on the 5th Feb they told me that my items had been collected by UPS and were on the way to me. When I contacted UPS after the delivery had arrived they actually collected the package from My Picture on 18th February. I will definitely never use this company again, stick it buying local.”

“Stay Away from These Amateurs!! Absolutely ridiculous service. Their terms of service state production within 1-3 working days with delivery 3-5 working days - I have been waiting more than 2 weeks & my print has not even been processed!! They send generic rubbish emails in response quoting German by-laws!! They have broken their contract yet will not refund me!!”

“pictures and was extremely pleased with the result , I then ordered 2 cushions and a mug using the same image , the result was extremely poor not what I would have expected , as you can see you have cropped the image have cut the title from the top of of the cushion ( see image ) and the mug is even worse as you’ve cut the title and head of the image off ..”

“Will never be ordering again. Ordered a canvas weeks before Mother’s Day , for a Mother’s Day gift and it has never arrived with hardly any communication whatsoever. I feel I’ve been scammed.”

“Despite having ordered in plenty of time, our Mothers day gift failed to arrive and three weeks later we are still waiting. They refuse to accept any liability, push you from one rep to another and won't entertain a refund. I wish I had read the other reviews before parting with any money. Don't go near them.”

“Fault with my picture and contacted customer services. E-mail received on 04-March stating: 'Please note: All requests are answered in sequence, starting with the oldest. Multiple requests regarding the same topic are not necessary. Usually, you should receive an answer latest after 1-2 working days.' It is now 19-March and still I have had no response. Not impressed to say the least. Not worth the discount advertised.”

“ORDERED FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. REPEATED MESSAGES TO MYPICTURE.CO.UK BUT THEY KEPT TELLING ME TO JUST WAIT LONGER. STILL NOT ARRIVING THEY SAID THEY'D RE-PRINT & RE-SHIP TRACKED BUT I SAID YET AGAIN I WANTED A REFUND AS HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED WHEN THEY HAD AGREED TO DELIVER IN TIME FOR THE SPECIAL OCCASION & IT WAS NOW FAR TOO LATE BUT THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO REFUND ME? HOW ARE THEY ALOUD TO DO THIS THEY BROKE THEIR AGREEMENT & FAILED ME & HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY WITHOUT SUPPLYING THE GOODS SO HOW CAN THEY REFUSE A REFUND?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I WILL BE TAKING WHAT EVER ACTION I CAN TO GET A REFUND & THINK GIVING A LONDON ADDRESS BUT BEING BASED IN GERMANY IS ALSO A LITTLE MISSLEADING.”

“As much as the quality of my photos are all fine. My issue is with my order. I have recieved 4 extra photos that are not mine, these photos include those of a separate family with their young children. It makes me feel uncomfortable knowing I have recieved someone elses photos especially minors. It makes me question if sny of my previous orders have ended up duplicated in someone else's position which I really hope has never happened.”

“I placed an order 27th or 28th Feb for canvas prints for Mothers Day (14/3), MyP had advertised on their website the special offers for Mothers Day - despite paying £6.00 for delivery & being advised on 03/03/21 that my order was about to be shipped I have still not received my order at 12/3 & UPS (possibly the worst courier co. ever) may be the responsible party but MyP need to be held responsible for disappointing lots of people - I'm so angry I will never use again & will be posting all over social media my awful experience.”

“My-picture.co.uk have been nothing but trouble for me personally. They trade under a.co.uk name but are based in Germany. There delivery times are not what they say they are and when I try to conplain all there reply is under German laws I have no rights to cancel or resive a refund. Really difficult company to deal with.”

“This "UK" company based in Germany is a waste of time. I ordered a canvas on 11/2/21 and have had 2 automated emails from them. One telling me there was going to be a delay in production and then another telling me that my product won't arrive until 3/3/21 (now 4/3/21 as of 10:55 on 1/3/21) This is naff all use to me as I ordered the canvas as a gift which I hoped to be giving on the 1st of March. I thought for a basic item from a "UK" company I'd given it plenty of time but I didn't bank on a 20 day lead time. I imagine there are abundant Covid and Brexit excuses that Das Bot can automatically spew at me but at the end of the day if you aren't in the UK don't pretend to be. If you are going to take 20 days to get something to me that I could get from a genuine UK company next day delivery....... Let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere. Update: just had a Brexit exception notice from UPS. Delivery pushed back to "end of day" on 4/3/21. How much longer is this going to go on? Reply from Mypicture was automated rubbish so no idea when my real delivery date will be.”

“Ordered on 10th Feb and haven't received the product yet. Each time UPS updates the tracker it still stuck in Germany due to Brexit related issues. Customer service is very poor. you have to wait to 2 business days to hear from them and even then it not helpful. If I have known they were in Germany, I wouldn't have ordered as they are misleading customers to believe that they are from the UK. I don't recommend them at all”

“AVOID!!!!!!!!!... Placed an order on the 16th of Feb for a birthday gift, not arriving until 3rd of March well beyond the delivery slot, staff have been nothing but flat-out disrespectful on the phone with regards to handling the order. Birthday has come and gone. Use someone else.”
