“Nowhere on your site do you mention you're in Germany before ordering. I have tried to call several times, live messages go unanswered. Christmas presents aren't going to arrive on time despite lots of pop um messages stating plenty of time. I cant change the delivery address as the order isn't even in the UK as yet. Very unhappy customer.”

“Possibly the worst customer service I've come across. Firstly the order took 2 weeks to be delivered when it said 4-6 days delivery, they had the nerve to charge £6 for delivery and not even delivery anywhere near the timescales. Secondly the photos turned up damaged, as they were a gift and due to urgency I had to get more printed elsewhere and now these guys are refusing a refund. They clearly need to read the consumer act in detail. Service is always important in a company and the customer service from this one is very bad. Update, since posting this they have replied to this review to show readers they have acknowledged it but they have completely ignored my request and continued to be very bad service.”

“The worst experience ever! Placed an order on 17th November, photobook for my clients and it got lost on the way. A replacement one hasn't been shipped yet! I'm tired of waiting. No help from customer service despite calling and emailing them almost every day. Beware!!!”

“Website says 8 days delivery. 18 days (14 business days) later and still waiting. Because of the length of time and order says not even in transit I asked for a refund, but said I couldn't have one as company is based in Germany and comply with German laws. So not sure why it has a .co.uk website and shouts about being a UK company. I will definitely not be using this company again.”

“Very very slow delivery. Have not received yet and it's been 7 working days. This company is based in Germany and are therefore subject to German laws regarding exports. If you are ordering from the UK, know that they use UPS and you will likely not get your order within the time they state on the website. If you are looking to receive before a certain time order from a local company (if based in the UK) Customer Service was prompt but could offer no more help than the order status. My-Picture saying that UPS have it and UPS saying My-Picture have it”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 items in August (1.5 months ago). (1) Items delivered late. (2) Only received 2 out the 4 items (3) The quality of the canvas is dreadful I have emailed SO MANY times asking them to address the issues of quality & missing items but they have not sent me any solution. Don't waste your money!!!!”

“I was very like I orda about 10 picture I satisfied until I recive my big size family in son wedding picture when I open box I can't believe. My eyes my wife son&daughter head is gone. How can send this ? If I done the mistake. Why you can't tell me. Why continues printing. Very very disappointed.”

“Don't bother ! Took them 7 days from processed to put with carrier too late for sisters birthday. Mixpix requested one pic arrived one side pic blank . In long email it's my fault as they print all that sent.bi should have corrected picture however only option to correct is rotate or delete. When complained received long email stating my fault get the feeling the used to complaints”

“Waiting weeks for my canvas. Customer service non existent! No answers! Have taken my money but no canvas received and no answer from company. Did not know it was a German company! Will not use this company ever again. Have just lost my money. Do not use!”

“The wooden frame was poor quality, thin and flimsy and I asked for a reprint. I have just received the reprint and the frame is still poor qualty. Its a shame as the colour match is good! I will never order from my picture again.”

“Dreadful / unhelpful customer services. I urgently needed the prints for an event. Which I made clear when I placed the order. But they arrived too late - 2 days after the event. Customer services said they would arrive in time but they didn’t. Multiple email exchanges with customer services that failed to address my concerns or offer up a solution. So very disappointing. I would recommend ordering from elsewhere”

“The print was really blurry and was ordered for a customer of mine, that should of been a copy of my artwork, it was so bad I ended up painting over the canvas print, will not have anything else printed, it was awful, very very disappointed, just being truthful.”
