“The product, care in packaging were really good, but unfortunately delivery time was excessive after the goods were in transit which is the fault of the trader. I was not immediately aware that the company produced the product in Germany and that we are experiencing transit delays. I would not let this stop me from using again, now that I know my expectations of delivery would change.”

“I ordered a cushion which took 3 weeks to arrive rather than the 5 working days as stated when I ordered it .other than the long wait for it to arrived ,I am happy with the cushion ,very good quality and value for money ...thankyou”

“AVOID!!!!!! My order took almost 4 weeks to arrive, arrived too late for the occasion that I'd ordered it for. I ordered a personalised mug and cushion, it stated a delivery time of 7-11 days on the website. I have emailed numerous times to complain about this as I had buy the identical items from a local supplier when they didn't arrive on time. I have been sent emails stating German law, basically saying that they don't need to refund if the items don't reach the customers in the times stated, this is a German company despite it having an 020 customer service number. I would never have ordered had I known it was a German company and the items might not arrive in the times stated. When I phoned them on the 5th Feb they told me that my items had been collected by UPS and were on the way to me. When I contacted UPS after the delivery had arrived they actually collected the package from My Picture on 18th February. I will definitely never use this company again, stick it buying local.”

“My-Picture was easy to sort out and very straight forward The price was VERY decent, the only issue I had was the quality of the print, but I blame myself for this as I had a lot of information on the pictures and did not leave enough edging for the canvas to stretch”

“Stay Away from These Amateurs!! Absolutely ridiculous service. Their terms of service state production within 1-3 working days with delivery 3-5 working days - I have been waiting more than 2 weeks & my print has not even been processed!! They send generic rubbish emails in response quoting German by-laws!! They have broken their contract yet will not refund me!!”

“pictures and was extremely pleased with the result , I then ordered 2 cushions and a mug using the same image , the result was extremely poor not what I would have expected , as you can see you have cropped the image have cut the title from the top of of the cushion ( see image ) and the mug is even worse as you’ve cut the title and head of the image off ..”

“Will never be ordering again. Ordered a canvas weeks before Mother’s Day , for a Mother’s Day gift and it has never arrived with hardly any communication whatsoever. I feel I’ve been scammed.”

“As usual the service was good despite receiving an email saying there was a possible delay. My wife and I are very pleased with the picture which is the third one we’ve had from my picture. Would definitely recommend them for their service and quality.”
