“Getting my two aluminium pictures has been a real slog, still not got them yet!
Despite UPS, the my-picture selected shippers, failing to ship the artwork twice I am still awaiting delivery.
my-picture send a standard email suggesting that the issue relates to me and that as a gesture they will dispatch the goods again free of charge which is a bit cheeky as it's nothing to do with my end at all.
I would suggest research prior to using this company until they use an alternative shipper as you could be waiting months, if you get your pictures / artwork at all.”
“The items ordered are fine, but delivery via Ups was poor. Original delivery date was fine, then given another date which was acceptable, but delivery was delayed to a day when working.”
“Nice quality canvas however not the place to order from if you want them in a hurry, very slow delivery, sent by UPS who do NOT update their tracking & don't deliver on time. Also not pleased with hidden extra costs, All canvas should come ready to hang as standard but not from here you have to pay extra for hanging kit ??!! Should be included! Wasn't very well packaged either, just a thin plastic clear wrap then one thin layer of cardboard which was damaged exposing the canvas corners, a few areas of damage to outer packaging but by sheer luck items were ok inside, considering the distance they travelled they should have been much better protected than they were. Overall the products are lovely, just packaging & service needs improvement, on reflection i would order again.”
“I ordered 12 mixtiles and by mistake added a duplicate photo, requested for a change just the day after and the team says they cant do anything :( thats too much, very poor customer service, I won't order from these guys again, mixtiles team are lot better, dealt with them in the past....these people have no value for a customer issue.”
