“Fabulous picture. I’ve been looking for a large picture for ages and happened to see a photo that a friend had taken. It’s made a great picture for my lounge. Just wish that UPS could provide better tracking info i.e. approx time, not just ‘by the end of the day’”

“The canvas are fine but the length of time taken to make them and deliver them was way over the time stated on your website. I therefore would be reluctant to order from you if I wanted something to arrive quickly/within the stated timescales. Disappointing level of customer service”

“Getting my two aluminium pictures has been a real slog, still not got them yet! Despite UPS, the my-picture selected shippers, failing to ship the artwork twice I am still awaiting delivery. my-picture send a standard email suggesting that the issue relates to me and that as a gesture they will dispatch the goods again free of charge which is a bit cheeky as it's nothing to do with my end at all. I would suggest research prior to using this company until they use an alternative shipper as you could be waiting months, if you get your pictures / artwork at all.”

“The items ordered are fine, but delivery via Ups was poor. Original delivery date was fine, then given another date which was acceptable, but delivery was delayed to a day when working.”
