“I had purchased thus for a 90th birthday gift. When the picture was due I got n email saying it would be delayed and when I spoke on line the help I got was rubbish. They could give me no idea when I would receive as coming from Germany!
Sadly the picture arrived after the birthday party it was required for, would not use this company again.
If they cannot update at payment on date of delivery (despite their site tells you how many days- which are not kept) they are not someone I would personally use again.
Plenty of places to choose from.
No point having an on line chat who can't answer questions or help!”
“Reasonable delivery times, quality isn’t great but you get what you pay for and am satisfied with most my canvases. There is one or two I couldn’t use. I’ve now ordered about 20, the last batch wasn’t great. I went for white edges and a significant amount of white wraps over on to the front and the image is very clearly printed/attached wonky on the canvas. Under folds of canvases are visible and a bit untidy. If you want an amazing quality canvas this isn’t your company but if you want a wall full that looks good from a distance they are great”
“Fabulous high quality product - what isnt so good is the absolute avalanche of emails they send offering discounts etc. I dont need one every day guys. I regularly buy your products, but then have to unsubscribed because of your over aggressive marketing.”
