“Davvero male. Non ho ricevuto quanto ordinato e ancora sul sito sono acquistabili le coppette che non sono più' disponibili. Dopo aver segnalato questo errore sarebbe stato opportuno toglierle per non far cadere nello stesso errore altri clienti.”

“I used to be a loyal customer, but now I am thinking of not buying anything again from mystore. I do not complain about the quality or the price. But the delivery service that they may use is so inflexible and late. I have not received the last items that I purchased more than 2 weeks ago. I am happy if mystore delivers using DPD or Swisspost, but I always have issues if they use Planzer Paket as the delivery service (which happens in my last purchase). And as buyers, it is out of our control as we do not know what delivery services they may use. It is indeed too bad that you lose customers because of a stupid mistake you did in choosing the delivery service.”

“The last 6 years I am shoping from your store, and I was very satisfied so far. However, on that order, DPD delivered my parcel in a wrong place. I spent a lot of time and effort trying to find where my parcel is! Through their delivered GPS coordinates, I found the location where it was delivered and I informed your contact center, which responded fast. I have now received my parcel. In fact I am dissapointed from the delivery company, but since they deliver the products for you, they actually represent you. I got my parcel with a delay of 5 days.”

“L'achat nickel mais l'emballage catastrophique. A force de bouger dans le colis, les boîtes s'abîment et les ouvertures s'ouvrent. Beaucoup de grains de ruz perdus. Et niveau hygiène les emballages sont quasi tous ouverts, cassés, abîmés. Déçue.”

“The price of the product was around 25 CHF. I paid 5.90 for delivery. I did not like the product but it was packed in such a big box that I could not return in Kilsk and had to pay 12 CHF for return as well. I paid 17.90 and got nothing. Thank you, not again.”
