“Enjoyed lite option- lots of variety and really tasty meals. Not so keen on combo with heat and eat- would be better in Winter. Customer love great first time I called but not recently- waited 45 minutes, and requested call back which never came. Neighbours found box at their place 5 hours later.”

“I love not having to think about what’s for dinner every night. The meals are almost always tasty and easy to prepare. However, we have been getting Foodbag delivered for over two years and have noticed that the recipes are becoming a bit boring and repetitive. We don’t get a lot of pasta dishes nor good ole mashed spuds a lot. Just repeats of roast veges and rice. The meals were more varied and not quite so dumbed down two years ago. I wonder if staff have changed?? We are going to stop it for a month or so and try another brand to compare.”

“Recipes are good and ingredients are fresh. Would be nice if chilled and non-chilled items were better separated - we have had rice, couscous, etc, packets saturated with condensation.”

“It's just so great to walk in the door after a day at work, pull a recipe out of my folder and then see what we will be having for tea. There is no time wasted trying to think up something exciting for dinner - food bag gives me that. It's nice knowing I have everything I need to make not only a yummy but healthy dinner.”

“Makes my life as a busy working parent , easier with not having to think about what to cook. Having good quality ingredients is great and having organic ingredients where possible with reduced packaging where possible is also a big plus. The 4/5 is due to having some recipeas that are not to my liking which is unavoidable really. Thanks”

“MyFoodBag ticks all the boxes for variety, tastiness, nutrition and reliability. We look forward to our delivery every week and love the exciting ingredients we get. The meat is all free range and has much better cuts than available in the supermarket. I love having fresh herbs and vegetables.”

“Easy meals and well balanced . With the veggie options some of the dishes are large portions, however some feel more the size of a lunch. As a family of 3 we feel we are eating a well balanced meal with lots of nutrition. My 13 year old daughter is now fully veggie and I feel re assured that she is getting enough protein due to the well balanced recipes, as this can be a worry for parents when kids go veggie”

“I like my food bag because it takes the stress of what to have for dinner away and the favours have been new and exciting. However, lately there have been a lot of repeated recipes and the quality of the meat is not that great.”

“Most nights my family enjoy the meals - sometimes they don't like the option or as they say "Mum that wasn't my favourite". I like how everything is there and I don't have to think about what to cook. Sometimes the meals take a bit longer than stated to prepare and when you are a fulltime working Mum it's not ideal getting meals on the table at 8.00pm!! A heat and eat Gluten Free option would be fabulous!!”

“We usually find one meal each week that is new and yummy. Others all feel a bit the same. Not really enjoying fish or beef meals. Last weeks sirloin was nice though. I always add in veges to meals to feed our family of 5 I love it when it is easy to add meat in later as we cater for a vegan/coeliac. It is great that you have gf option and that recipes are easy for my teens to follow. It has been great to get the kids cooking as everything provided each week and not overwhelming for them”
