“We love My Food bag as it makes our daily lives that much easier. But I would wish you guys would deliver to Muriwai! We have so many neighbours in our Facebook community group that would love to be able to order my food bag too!”

“Enjoyed lite option- lots of variety and really tasty meals. Not so keen on combo with heat and eat- would be better in Winter. Customer love great first time I called but not recently- waited 45 minutes, and requested call back which never came. Neighbours found box at their place 5 hours later.”

“MFB has been life changing for our household. Life made easy - I love to cook but not meal planning. With MFB way we also get a variety of meal options beyond anything I could dream up, and I have increased my repertoire of go-to recipes.”

“I love not having to think about what’s for dinner every night. The meals are almost always tasty and easy to prepare. However, we have been getting Foodbag delivered for over two years and have noticed that the recipes are becoming a bit boring and repetitive. We don’t get a lot of pasta dishes nor good ole mashed spuds a lot. Just repeats of roast veges and rice. The meals were more varied and not quite so dumbed down two years ago. I wonder if staff have changed?? We are going to stop it for a month or so and try another brand to compare.”

“We love My Food Bag! It has made our lives so much easier, having the recipes and all ingredients makes life much smoother at night when we get home from work. Our daughter is more willing to try new foods and the great thing is we do not have to adapt any of the recipes to suit her.”

“I look forward to My Food Bag every night. (We get the Classic Food bag for 2 four nights a week) Recipes are easy to follow, products are fresh and packaged well, and meals are delicious, we have enough for 3 most of the time, which is good for leftovers for the next day. We have not had the same meal twice and enjoy tasting all sorts of recipes, from all around the world.”

“I just love the convenience of My Food Bag. I enjoy not having to decide "what shall we have for dinner" and I enjoy the variety of styles and flavours. And I especially enjoy the fact that the recipes are quick and easy.”

“We were really sceptical about ordering a My Food Bag but we were so sick of having boring dinners and as the main cook in the house I had begun to hate dinner time. We ordered our first food bag thinking it was a one off order just to "see how it goes". That was six months ago and we haven't looked back since! I can't bang in enough about how much this has changed our families dinner habits, give me time back and I am loving cooking dinner each night. Such an awesome service. As my 9yo would say we "legit" love My Food Bag.”

“We have enjoyed My Foodbag since its early days of operation. We enjoy the flexibility to opt in and out, the easy to follow recipes and fresh ingredients and the fact that it has encouraged us to cook together. Most of all we love the surprise of finding out, "What yummy creations will we cook this week?"”

“Having been a customer of My Food Bag for many years, it does simplify my life no end. But I have noticed the portion sizes are getting smaller. We are a family of 5 with three girls aged 13, 11 and 9yrs and we are not huge eaters. Would be good to see more generous portions.”

Hi Karen, Firstly, thanks so much for taking the time to give us some feedback - we appreciate hearing your comments and suggestions to be able to improve our service. Secondly, thank you for being such a loyal My Food Bag Foodie! It's fantastic to hear you've been using our service for a long time. I'm really sorry to hear that the portion size of our meals hasn't been enough for your family. The Family Bag is designed for 2 adults and 2-3 kids, but don't really define what 'kids' are - so we can certainly be clearer, whilst it is subjective! Our team suggests 'kids' are really up to 10 years of age, but we definitely could specify this and be clearer to avoid a similar instance occurring. Please accept my apologies that we haven't clearly communicated this. May I suggest reviewing the Classic Bag options or the Bargain Box Regular 5 options to better fill your family's tummies? This has been really valuable feedback we can make improvements on, so thank you for taking the time to complete this review for us! Thanks again for being a wonderful Foodie! Cheers, Casey Cocoa

“It's just so great to walk in the door after a day at work, pull a recipe out of my folder and then see what we will be having for tea. There is no time wasted trying to think up something exciting for dinner - food bag gives me that. It's nice knowing I have everything I need to make not only a yummy but healthy dinner.”
