“My family and I are really enjoying the variety of meals and ethnic dishes. There are a few meals we have modified to suit us better, but we really can't complain. The only thing that continues to discourage us is the Red cod - it doesn't cook well and has a very odd taste. We love the Hoki though :) It is lovely to have the "what's for dinner" pressure taken away and our family to get excited about meals again. Also we save so much, because we would all rather eat at home than out or get takeaways!! Also - keep the gifts coming (*snigger*) - these are fabulous!!”

“I have been intermittently getting Bargain Box for a few years and have always been happy with the food. I have recently gone to the 2 people box and found this was much better for my family of 3 - no leftovers but that's fine. recipes are easy and relatively quick and meals always tasty.”

“What I love about Bargain Box is the quality of the produce, the delicious recipes that have really inventive ways to use veges, and that I don't have to worry about deciding what I'm cooking - because it's all there in the box! Pick a recipe and go!”

“We love 'My Food bag' when we get home from work we know what we are going to cook for tea, no more stress and everything is ready to just get on and cook. The variety of meals and flavours is just amazing and has given us a real taste of other foods we may not have tried by ourselves.”

“My family enthusiastically eat 1 or 2 meals each week, and enjoy most of the others. Love the protein quality, though it’s a bit annoying when chicken is best before the Wednesday, limiting my flexibility to swap meal days around.”

“I love knowing the following... * the dinners we eat are chosen with the YUM factor AND nutrition in mind * there are loads of variety, exposing our family to meals and tastes from around the world that we have previously shied away from as it seemed too difficult. * such easy to follow recipes with the approx time it's going to take to have it all ready. * I don't have to make the decision of what to have for dinner!! * Kids are learning cooking skills The only reason I have to give a good rating - I live in a semi rural area so I can't get Bargain Box delivered to my house and have to drive 4km to the edge of town to pick up my box from a relatives house each Sunday afternoon. If you can figure out how to deliver to my place each week, I'll give you a VERY GOOD rating. :-)”

“Really enjoyed my latest FoodBag (classic) Only suggestion for improvement would be to offer an option between the classic and the vegetarian with fewer meat-based recipes. Eating 4 meat-based dinners a week feels too much for me. Perhaps 2-3 meat based and 1-2 vegetarian.”
