“My husband and I wanted to try meatless Mondays. But we didn't have any know-how or imagination regarding vegetarian cooking. So we started ordering the vegetarian My Food Bag. That was around three years ago. We've been ordering almost weekly ever since. The meals are restaurant quality! Our sons love them and one is now a committed vegetarian. Meat is only an infrequent treat now. We are indebted to My Food Bag for changing the way we eat and helping us to help the planet.”

“I love the fact that I don’t need to think about what’s for dinner tonight! The decision has already been made and the shopping is already done so coming home from work to get dinner on for the family is no longer a chore. The meals are very easy to make, always tasty and always less than an hour to prepare (including cooking time). Lots of variety, quality produce and best of all, lots of veges so every meal is a healthy option. I love My Food Bag!!”

“I was stuck in a food rut, cooking the same things on rotation and not feeling inspired at all. Then I saw a discount voucher for My Food Bag. I heard they were offering a Plant Based bag and on further investigation I found it was Vegan so I placed my order. Wow, I was so impressed when I received my first box, fresh top quality ingredients, easy to follow recipe cards and great recipes to delight the senses. Some say it’s a bit pricey but when you consider you have the shopping done, the menu planned, food delivered to your door and usually leftovers for lunch it makes it worth the $. Im hooked and eagerly check the app to see what I will be eating 3 weeks from now. So easy to skip weeks if you are away. What could be simpler! I never give 5 star ratings as there is always room for improvement in everything we do. If there was a 4.75 option I would click it.”

“I love Fresh Start. Cooking for one I am now motivated by having a nutritionally balanced tasty meal, that is prepared in under 40 minutes and is beautifully presented. I have tried new products, and can feel good about organic New Zealand sourced ingredients.”

“My food bag has changed our lives! We used to have a fair amount of food waste from over buying at the supermarket and we NEVER have that anymore. It’s helped my partner and I to experiment with flavours and ingredients we never have before and the convenience of the whole system is in a league of its own. We always look forward to our box arriving and the meal themselves are so quick and easy to follow we’ve never looked back.”

“Quick and easy to follow recipes and great sauces/spice mixes and condiments that lift the dishes. Always makes more than you need for dinner so there are leftovers for lunch next day. Great for busy people 😊”

“We’re absolutely loving having a new dish each night, trying new flavours and techniques as well as getting out of the rut of eating the same old meals we used to. Having plant based food also eliminates some of the food issues we face and helps increase our daily vege intake. Being delivered to the door too... it’s absolutely awesome”

“I am loving my Fresh Start food bag. I have been receiving it for a few weeks now and haven't had a bad meal from it. It contains food items that I would not necessarily have bought (mostly the different grains and some of the spices) but this has only helped to widen my knowledge and taste of these items. My husband is also enjoying the meals and has been preparing some of the meals as he finds the recipes easy to follow and is always pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this food bag to anyone who wants to control their calorie intake - the produce is first class and the recipes thorough and easy to read. So a big thanks to Nadia and all her crew who have made my life so much easier, especially during the lockdown. Thank you guys, it's really appreciated.”

“I really love the flavour and the variety of the plant-based meal plan. Every week I am surprised by new recipes I have never tried, and the portion sizes are generous to keep me full. I truly enjoy that My Food Bag source the produce locally and packaging feels light in comparison to other subscription services I've tried. Highly recommend!”
