“Great idea and great food for our family, we enjoy the ease of BB and no need to think, especially when I am working hard here at home. Not one meal we have not enjoyed. We love the veges load- yet perhaps a but more variety there. Only one gripe... I feel the package gets a roll about in the courier van and upon delivery. The food is bruised and maybe the box is too big for the 2 for 3 option. That's it, food is fantastic!”

“Had a box never turn up, phoned up and all they said was sorry will give you refund and will take 3-5 days to arrive back in account, had to shoot to super market and spend money out of bills account to cover dinner for the week till money was in account to put back, no explaintion to why it hadn’t turned up”

“We are enjoying but finding the my fresh lite a bit meat heavy....we dont want to eat meat four times a week and would love more lite vegie options. We thought we might try the build your own bag but that looked meat heavy too.”

“I have been getting my food bag for a few months now. I get ‘Fresh Start’ for one. I really enjoy the meals; they are easy and quick to prepare and delish. There is plenty of variety in the meals. However, since I am cooking for one there can be a lot of left over ingredients.. such as only using 1/4 of a can of coconut milk or a 1/4 of a leek. Sometimes I get the ‘made’ meals which is very helpful for busy weeks.”

“We have been enjoying our plant based bag. Love the variety and that we are being introduced to a lot of cuisines! So far they are relatively easy to cook and big portions so we end up getting leftovers most of the time. The only down side is that it takes a bit more time to prepare and cook but that’s totally fine as most of them are yummy!”

“We enjoy the meals and they give us an opportunity to try different menus. Unfortunately, things get missed out e.g this week we went to cook tacos but the tacos were missing. Also some of the fruit arrives and is off or about to go off so has to be eaten within 2 days. Your customer service on the phone is impeccable to date - thank you!”

“The quantity of food and quality of ingredients is very good. We especially think the meat is of a very high quality, which is one of the main reasons we have continued to order My Food Bag. There is also a good variety of recipes which are generally pretty tasty, and the recipes are well written. We do find there is quite a lot of rice, which sometimes mean we add in extra vegetables to reduce the amount of rice we need.”

“We love the recipes - they mix products together that we wouldnt have thought to. The preparation is well explained. The other thing I would like to mention is that when a mistake is made - they work towards a quick resolve that leaves us feeling like we have been heard and acknowledged.”
