“The heat and eat options are saving our dinner-eating lives right now, as our work has been really busy. Those plus a couple of regular recipe meals are keeping us as a family well fed for most of the week. And we often have left overs to use for lunches the next day. The recipes are always tasty and nutritious. My only gripe is that sometimes some of the produce isn’t fresh enough to last the week - bendy carrots don’t grate easily and soft cucumbers are just wrong! And we’ve learnt to eat the meal with the baby lettuce first when we can, because it doesn’t keep. If I was able to personally shop for all our meals, I wouldn’t be choosing produce this old. But convenience for the family wins over a bit of a gripe! Overall we are satisfied customers. I also loved re-filling one of our boxes with Christmas gifts for charity. A great initiative to be a part of and My Food Bag made it easy, so thanks for the opportunity.”

“Great experience over many years now with Gourmet Bag and now Heat 2 Cook 2. The recipes are balanced and delicious. We have had some issues with delivery times but the customer service to resolve these was excellent. Additionally, whenever we have raised an issue, MFB has been efficient at sorting it out or adding a credit to our account. Our biggest issue is the amount of packaging but we are aware that they are trying to minimise this as best they can.”

“We have been getting MY Foodbag for nearly two years and have never tired of the variety, convenience and inspiration offered. As a three generation family everyone’s needs are catered for. The professionalism of the staff we have dealt with has made the process so easy. I can not imagine my life without My Foodbag. “My Foodbag has become a much loved addition to our family! We have gone from being two people who couldn’t cook and ate out or ate takeaways constantly, to two people who cook most nights and enjoy it! And the icing on the cake is, between us we lost 50kg! Can not recommend it highly enough.”

“I really love My Food Bag! The meals are incredibly delicious. Unfortunately their food quality has dropped a bit recently. Have started to get a couple of ingredients which are starting to rot, and delivery drivers can cause a few headaches. Would be 5 stars if these two things were fixed up”
