THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE UK - IF YOU CAN AVOID PLEASE DO, OTHER WISE YOU MIGHT NEVER SEE YOUR PARCEL

The worst experience ever! Damaged one parcel and wont pay for it even though you get cover up to £20 and the second parcel has still not been delivered after a week and 2 days, i have lost a loyal customer over this! An absolute joke! Also try contacting them, its impossible!

Hermes continuously ignore my requests to leave my parcels in a safe place and instead leave them outside my back door where anyone can see them and take them. I have had a parcel delivered which was empty because the contents had been stolen. Will not be using Hermes ever again.

Tracking keep saying they tried to deliver for 3 days now, i was in every day, they didn't show up. Now their tracking says my parcel was delivered and I signed for it, i didn't recieve anything and I didn't sign for anythkng. Tried to contact them by phone automated system says the can't recognise my tracking no, however the online tracking does. Worst carrier I ever had to deal with.

Tracking information not updated for 4 days on website. Cannot get through to a person on chat or landline number. Not prepared to try premium line as it’s not my fault it’s disappeared. Have a lot of parcels delivered from other companies with no problems. Other companies like Yodel provide accurate information if there are delays.

No collection after 5 days from the date when collection was booked, no one answer their phone huge waiting time for live webchat and useless assistant, no reply to email, no posibility to cancel the shipping... AVOID

It's a joke. I've got an email that my parcel was posted through the letterbox which is impossible because it fits only letters. Courier dropped it under the letterbox and my parcel was stolen. I had another parcel send to me to replace the old one. I ask specifically to make sure that parcel is delivered to the concierge which is right next door. And ques what? Once again parcel was "posted through the letterbox"! Once again the package is gone! Please do not ever use this company! Never again!

Ordered a product from amazon who unfortunately use Hermes to deliver. Twice I had an email confirmation saying the package was on it's way to be delivered that day and then later in the afternoon after tracking it, the excuse was the driver couldn't find a safe place to leave it. It was being delivered to my work address and the reception has lots of people working it it, so Hermes are absolute liars! Trying to contact Hermes is farcical. No telephone number to actually speak to a live human being and the webchat was not working during the times when it should have been. I made a complaint to Amazon who refunded my money and I bought the same product elsewhere with a different company instead. Makes you wonder how many business are losing profits because their merchandise is not being delivered? AVOID HERMES AT ALL COSTS!!

Dreadful service. I waited all afternoon on Friday for a delivery on to get an email message that was not at home and package would be delivered next working day. On Monday I waited the whole day at home for the delivery only to get an email message I was not at home. There is no way on their website to communicate with a courrier to leave a mobile number for someone unable to operate a doorbell.

This is by far the worst courier firm ever ive had parcels stuck in Bridgewater for a week never no contact and all services are disgusting i wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone its useless

Ordered and paid for collection. The order has since disappeared from my account and never got collected so I cant even cancel it. It is impossible to get hold of their customer service team.

Public Warning Lost or damaged parcel. LOST money for parcel £ 600 Compensation £ 30 wow ( unjustified) THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES. Waste of space. Time and money They do not care about customers . Worst firm ever, dont ever try phoning them, they just loop your call on supposed didnt hear your numbers or please trying enterring again, so that they get a bag full of money from their premium number. Their webchat appears to be permanently closed, and email responses are.... never I send 40 to 50 parcels a month, ive had 4 issues in the last week, lost one, 2 damaged and one that was deliverred to me not the actual recipient, many other lost and damaged parcels in the last few months

Terrible service. No one answer my mails. Still not got my parcel after a month. I'm now in the process to get a refund. I will never buy again from anyone using Hermes service.

Bar code 1675290247164985 This parcel containing a vintage Oil Lamp was packed professionally in 3 thickness box and with Cloth and bubble wrap surrounding all glass parts. The reservoir was smashed to bits upon my customer unwrapping and the parcel had obviously been thrown around with little care despite much package tape marked FRAGILE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN - John C

Couldn’t leave zero stars so left 1....This company is a total disgrace. Liars and thieves. Lost 2 of my parcels that I sent to customers. 2 months later after a million emails, I had a refund for 1st one. Second parcel was epic! It was returned to me 2 months later via a different courier and my customer never received it! I do wonder where it had been! I had evidence from customer that they had never received it, the original wrapping still showed part of the original My Hermes label. My “My Hermes” account said that parcel had been signed for by customers, but I’m fascinated as to how considering my customer never received it!!! If you want nothing but lies, for your parcels to never to get where they are going and to never get a refund ....then use this company.

Hermes have ZERO customer focus. Totally unprofessional and completely incompetent. A commendation where due... you have succeeded on a 1st class level of nonsense! 1st attempt, 4 hour ETA? Nope! Received an email and a text message informing me of my delivery slot 43min after my allocated time commenced. Obviously I missed the first attempted delivery. 2nd attempt, 4 hour ETA?...... NOPE! I received an email and a text message 23min after my allocated time slot commenced. The delivery driver never arrived. 3rd attempt, 4 hour ETA?...... NOPE! I received an email and a text message 9min before my allocated time slot commenced. 🤬🤬 Well done to the company who fail to follow it’s own policy 💯👏
