Worst delivery company ever! Waited in for a parcel last week, never arrived, no card left. No delivery the next day. Apparently the driver said my buzzer was broken (utter rubbish!) Waited in again today for another parcel (which said it was being delivered by Royal Mail - if I had known it was Hermes I wouldn't have ordered it!) Hasn't arrived so just checked their tracking to be told there has been a slight delay and to check back tomorrow! Fantastic- I'm going out tomorrow. Worst company ever!

Very happy. Delivery guy delivered on a Sunday because he was rushed off his feet and he apologised for the late arrival. Very good driver, Tim, number 924478.

Package didn't arrive. Customer Service have no idea where it is. There is little or no tracking of packages. Company seem to think it is ok to not have any idea what happened to it! They just say, why didn't you insure it? Should we really have to insure against incompetence. If I go to a restaurant do I need to take out insurance in case the meal is bad?! When you take a package, and don't return it, and give no explanation why...how is that different from theft? Suggest you avoid this company.

Paid for next day delivery on Thursday Paid for next day delivery on Thursday, my delivery supposed to come on Friday and it did not come today Sunday did not hear nothing from them, tried to contact always returns you to tracking number which does not say anything. Where is a point to offer the service which you can not provide and no one to actually pick up the phone and give any clarity where is your package. Time waste. Today is Monday they sending messages that they will come between 13.00 and 15.00 no one comes, in tracking number information update they having a problem again. Come on 4 days you guys having a problem. Will never use them again.

My parcel is said to be delivered through the letterbox. The parcel was not delivered. The photo of the door attached as a proof of delivery was not the photo of my door, it was the photo of some other door which looks nothing like mine. The photo is very low quality and has white "background", which I find weird. My zip code and address I believe to be unique in London, so I do not think this was just a mistake. I did also find another photo of this door on photo bank site. So I believe my parcel was stollen by courier - or maybe coincidentally delivered to the wrong address - nobody helped me to check this. I did contact support on 23/10/2019 and they promised to investigate in 36 hours and get back to me by mail and nobody did. I did contact the support again on 25/10/2019 and they again promised to investigate this in 28 hours, which again did not happen. I did contact them again and they told me they did call the courier and he claims he did deliver the item (as he obviosly did by attaching the FAKE photo) and the only thing I can do - try to conact the retailer. Worst experience ever - both delivery and support.

Parcel sent from USA to Europe really fast by other companies When it hit Hermes it slowed down. First they came on a Wednesday and I wasn't home so they did not leave it with a neighbour despite there being lots oat home. I asked them to deliver to a Hermes store in the next street instead. Thursday came, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. No sign. It was faster arriving from US to Europe than Hermes getting it to me from my local depot.

Nothing but THIEVES!! Wouldn't even give one star but didn't have a choice, my parcel was stolen from there depo along with another lady's, looks to me like after they have been through the scanner the workers take there pick of our parcels. DISCUSTING I really hope people stop using you because there have been so many stolen items reported from your company it's unbelievable unfortunately I didnt know the sender of my parcel chose your UNTRUSTWORTHY company to send it by or I would of said to send via DPD or even royle bloody mail!

Terrible. I sent a Christmas statue I had sold on eBay, I packed it carefully and clearly marked it fragile using tape. I also paid insurance costs. It arrived completely smashed and apparently my insurance is null and void because the item was fragile. I have heard many horror stories about Hermes lobbing packages over fences and items arriving poorly handled. In the past I sent a non-fragile item and the box was dented and ripped when it arrived. I figured they only did that when you hadn't paid insurance & I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will not trust this courier again

My first experience with delivery was not so good...however they have improved considerably and now I simply leave a sign in the window stating we are home or a sign on the door advising the delivery person to please leave my parcel. I appreciate My Hermes as a great delivery option. Thank you

The worst delivery company known to man! Have been ignoring me and trying to get a refund for over 3 months, they finally got back after promising to refund many times over saying they wont refund indicators as they are vehicle parts.

My parcel was delivered to another (wrong) address. the photo is not of my front door, I did not receive a card, and I was at home at the time of delivery. I could not contact Hermes either by live chat which gave me no opportunity to explain what had happened, or by customer services email, which refused the tracking number I had been given (Live chat accepted it), or on any of the phone numbers on the website. I tried 7. There needs to be a way of dealing with things when they go wrong. Please consider compensation.

Awful service, they should either take a long hard look at how they run, or just shut the doors and give up. They clearly can’t be arsed, couriers using cars that they can’t fit goods in, not showing up, they update the tracking info to delivered when they haven’t, every delivery from Hermes I’ve had in the West Midlands has been 4-5 days late, that’s for paid express delivery from amazon prime and many other retailers. Like others have said, I’m now checking to see if a shop uses Hermes, and if so I’ll use a different shop.

Utter garbage. Sold a TV via eBay using them as a courier. Item was picked up last Saturday. Courier tried to make an excuse not to take it as his car was full and he would come back Monday to pick up. I said no as I'd waited in long enough and couldn't wait Monday... To cut a long story short, item was delivered today... Smashed to bits and a damaged box. The buyer has sent me pictures of the shocking state of the TV (LCD screen smashed beyond repair). I have sent a compensation claim In immediately with all the evidence. I have also wrote an email to the CEO of Hermes stating that if I don't get full compensation and postage refund (Item fully insured up to £125) I will take legal action against them... Wish me luck...

although delivery drivers are courteous and innocent, every other part of the Hermes organisation is incompetent unhelpful and arrogant, not offering any way to communicate or resolve delivery issues (as the website is always misleading and inaccurate). Although difficult, I will now always avoid any online purchase where Hermes is involved. This includes Groupon and many eBay sellers.

Due to current ill health I am having to place on-line orders for goods instead of high street shopping. Our previous Hermes courier was absolutely superb but the current one is a nightmare. I am at present awaiting 4 deliveries dating from 26 October to date and there is no sign of any of them. I have been at home all the time. At 13.25 today I received an email telling me that one of the items was due for delivery yesterday(!). Not one of the items has arrived and NO VALID PHONE NUMBER for the poor fools expecting their goods. What a disgusting shambles the company is - not fit for purpose. Does anyone have a phone number for them that results in contact with a human?????

I give 1 star only to allow me to write my comments about hermes. My wife & I are regular online shoppers and most of our suppliers use hermes. Our of 12 expected deliveries we have received only 2. We are on a new build estate and some navigation systems do not recognize the DE7 8JJ post code. We give all our suppliers a phone number and another nearby road name to help delivery drivers but hermes drives choose to ignore any help supplied and DO NOT even bother to try to contact us or even find out address. They just return OUR PROPERTY to there depot and pass the problem back to someone else instead of doing the job that they get paid for. The most annoying part about this company is that they WILL NOT allow customers to speak to a member of staff to help. M. Knight.
