Don’t ever use this company. In the last week Hermes claim that they have delivered 3 parcels on two separate days. They were supposedly left in my shed - which was locked - and gave me photo ‘evidence’ of the outside of my shed with no parcels in view. I spent hours trying to find a phone number to raise this issue with them - no phone number exists. Their Live Chat is worse than useless and just repeats that your parcel has been delivered the minute you put in the tracking number. When I eventually managed to raise the issue I was told to wait 72 hours .....and then received an email to say the dispute had been resolved and if I had any further issues to contact the sender. I do not know the sender of one of the parcels, other than the word Mosaic and Hermes refuse to give me contact details. AVOID HERMES LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I feel like honestly, Hermes are paying for their good reviews on this website. There is NO way this company is 5*s. I requested a Hermes pick-up for my ASOS parcel from my home. Easy enough to navigate through the website to do this. I selected to be collected on Sat 9th November. Waited in all day but hadn't heard anything. I waited for the online chat bot and connected to a human. 'Sangeeta' told me she didn't know what was happening and couldn't do anything for me, but would pass my details on and have a response within 48 hours. So frustrating already! 96 hours later, 'Abdullah' emails me 'Good morning Ekiel' - my name is Hollie? Anyway, apologising that there was a manifest issue so that's why my parcel wasn't collected. And could I provide my address again so they can arrange a collection. That was 2 days ago I replied with my address and have been polite up until this point. I never received an email confirmation from my last email that it had been sent and is being dealt with, so I don't expect I'll ever hear back and as it's been a week now, I give up! They provide a help phone number which is automated and whatever option you choose, tells you to look at their website FAQ's. If you want to speak to someone unhelpful and useless on their chatbot, you can wait for at least 40 minutes if you like. I sigh when I order something online and companies use Hermes as their courier. It's unbelievable how useless they are!

Help future customers... Easy....Don’t use this company. ~They either lose your parcel or if you are lucky enough for it to reach your address it is dumped on your doorstep as opposed to being delivered.

Received an update telling me they couldn't deliver to the address requested (although they have delivered there at least a dozen times), and that I should contact them - HOW?? Most annoying contact process ever. When you telephone you get an automated message which eventually hangs up on you. if you use the robot it tells me that the tracking information is the supplier information and it won't let you send them an email for the very same reason - infuriating!! should be zero stars and I am actually amazed anybody uses them, at least 1 in 3 of any parcels sent to me go missing!!

Hermes took my money and never collected the package. Modern day thieves. Funny how you can't contact them through email or phone...because they know they are robbing people.

They've delivered my Ebay UK or Amazon UK delivery parcels quickly and safely. I usually get an email alert or sometimes even a helpful text message letting me know when my parcel's on it's way or has been delivered.

I have had the most appalling service imaginable they claim they have tried to deliver to work but not take it. I'm the receptionist!!!

They lost my parcel for a week them when I asked for compensation it mysteriously got delivered but the receiver said they didn't receive it...and the POD just reads damaged...no name, nothing. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. I won't be using them again.

Suspected fraudulent claims process. They lie to and deceive customers about insurance coverage . Purposefully obstructive process designed to deny genuine claims. Expect months of silence from Hermes when going through a damage claim. These guys need to be on crime watch .

The worst service I have ever received. Lost and undelivered parcels constantly then unable to get answers as to why or get the packages. I have no idea why anyone would ever use Hermes.

Courier send me a messege twice one day and the next day that she can't deliver my package to me, another companies can deliver my packages (like DPD, RoyalMail etc) but I always have problem with Hermes. This is their obligation to deliver my pakage to me wherever it is. I was waiting two days and I don't know what now they will do with my order.

Not a good experience unfortunately. This delivery company didn't advise by email or phone when they would be trying to deliver my parcel. I received 2 calling cards which didn't accept my post code to arrange an alternative delivery. The parcel went back and forth for over a week and the Chat line was unhelpful in having the authority to help resolve the issue. Resulted in me taking time off work, spending time emailing and chatting and taking screenshots, missing a special persons present/gift. Unsavory experience which I tried to resolve but couldn't. The tracking information online was incorrect.

Absolutely useless. DO NOT USE. Their delivery update emails are inaccurate and when the parcel has 'apparently' been delivered (but actually hasn't) there are no contact details - so trying to ascertain where a parcel is impossible. STRONG ADVISE YOU DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.

Terrible service, they lost over 30 of my posts and refusing to pay agreed compensation I tried reaching them through their useless customer service number which is just automated and points you back to their non existent website chat Eventually managed to reach them through their business line they said theyll send forms for all my lost post and only sent for 1 Called again and got through to a rude team manager called Adam, who was rude, non chalant, simply didnt care and eventually hung up on me STAY AWAY..... pursuing the case with Ombudsman service now

Utterly utterly useless couriers items never arrive on time i’m Still waiting for an item I ordered from a shop over a week ago, they haven’t even bothered to contact me to let me know what’s going on, the tracking (saying there has been a delay but the parcel will be moving within 24hours) has been the same for a week and if you try to call them you will just be redirected to their website q&a via a voice machine. Meanwhile the retailer refuses to issue me a refund while they ‘investigate’ and that’s been going on for 4 days! Don’t use them!!!!

After a month of item going missing,I get a replacement, then missing item turns up. I ask for item to be returned as I no longer needed it. The courier wrote in the machine apparently stating to be returned to seller. Soon after I get message saying I received & signed for item. Which seller was informed, tried phoning Hermes for 4 hours but kept getting cut off. I emailed stating this was fraud & I'd be contacting my lawyer, I also managed to speak to someone from eBay, who said they'd deal with it for me. Next day I get message it would be delivered to me again, I was ready this time, they didn't come to my door so I ran out to their van, to be told, oh I made a mistake. Really after writing it out in front of me. Id say a big mistake. If I had my way, my parcels wouldn't be delivered by eBay.

Absolutely trash company - delayed my parcel with no explanation saying it would arrive in 48 hours, both me and the ebay seller emailed them few days later as it still didnt arrive, they then made some bs excuse saying it would arrive soon. Still didnt arrive several days later, we both contacted them again only for them to give another generic bs reply. Then another week later they finally updated tracking saying it could not be delivered and that the parcel was damaged beyond repair. Thank you SO much for losing my parcel and wasting my time and energy. The ebay seller also said they never replied to their emails after nor compensated and they had to open a claim through paypal. All sellers should do themselves + their customers a favour and boycott hermes.

!!!!!ONE STAR I WAY TO MUCH FOR THEM!!!! Worse delivery company I have ever used! No way to contact them! Absolutely shocking service. They lost my valuable parcel. 10 days now plus live chatting and no willingness from them to help. Just making stupid excuses. Do yourself a favour and use royal mail, at least their tracker is useful and you can actually track a parcel "ONE STAR I WAY TO MUCH FOR THEM"

Didn't pick.up on a 24 hour next day service. Courier claimed he'd tried and noone in. Proved he'd never been and hermes has no customer service number. They have an online chat with hundreds of people queuing. Took out insurance but no way to claim. Do not use this service. You have a high chance of your parcel going missing and no customer service to help
