“They are the worst. Today another parcel left in front of the house. Just calling the bell and in 2 seconds he left. I had several experiences like this. Sometimes not even bother to ring. I do not recommend at all.”

“Hermes are awful. If I become aware an online shop uses them for delivery it puts me of buying as they are the most unreliable service provider. They have lost two parcels, customer service was shockingly poor, and delivered numerous items more than 24 hours late despite paying a premium. DO NOT USE HERMES.”

“Absolutely terrible!! Paid for next day delivery. TWO days later and I am STILL waiting!!! Any firm using this lot for their deliveries to customers is doing a disservice!!!”

“This is my 4th experience of Hermes delivery. They say they attempt to deliver but no one even tries. I now refuse to buy a thing when I know they are the courier so other companies are loosing out because of their bad service. If they used their own drivers instead of subbing deliveries out they may fair slightly better. Terrible service, no contact service (we now know why). No problems with any other delivery service only Hermes, who definately don't have wi gs. Jayne Proctor.”

“Appalling service. Waited all Saturday for my parcel as they email me that my courier will to try deliver between 11-13. Nobody shows up. No more update on the tracking site until evening (20:12 -the courier couldn't deliver today (?!) and will try next working day). Today on Monday tracking still hasn't been updated, no email , no contact with the hermes and no courier with my parcel. This kind of situation happened second time since July.”

“Appalling in every sense of the word. What company refuses to publish a telephone,email or customer service address ? The service level is utterly dreadful, packages broken and not one word of explanation or apology.”

“I am consistently disappointed with Hermes. I receive a number of packages from multiple companies and retailers. Of all the delivery companies Hermes is by far the worst. 50% of the time the package is delayed and I have had several packages that were not delivered at all. Even more frustrating is the fact that I receive notifications to inform me that the package is "out for delivery" only to be informed mid afternoon that "there has been a delay". This sequence of messages repeats for several days before eventual delivery. It is not possible to discuss the issues with Hermes directly and I am advised to contact the retailer. Due to their unreliability I have now started to contact the sender to attempt to arrange for a different delivery method if I find out that Hermes is the courier.”

“For the last 7 years I have sent up to 50 parcels a week . They might not look professional and have their problems but definitely are the best courier. I have opened several accounts with other couriers only to close them after 6 months due to problems with collections & deliveries. Tip. Rather than wait in for collection take it to a drop off point it's cheaper as well.”

“Dreadful service. Paid £5 to the retailer to have the product delivered the next day by Hermes. Stayed in all day yesterday and nothing arrived. Tracking website said Courier could not deliver - no explanation. Contacted retailer who said parcel will be delivered today (retailer refunded my £5). Again, stayed in all day, no delivery and no explanation. Unable to find a phone number which works on Hermes website to lodge a complaint.”

“8728972253718580 Parcel sent Monday Saturday 26/10/19 nothing. No update since Thursday on the useless tracking info. Email sent asking for answers as to why replied to say will update in 48hrs ??? Still no further updates. What a shocking way to conduct business.”

“You seem unable to deliver parcels within the expected timescales. Shame on you. I will never use you out of choice! And will not use a retailer that uses hermes for their delivery.”

“Yet another parcel that was sent to me that hermes did not attempt to deliver. 4 non attempted deliveries in 2 weeks. The hermes courier who covers cf35 does not attempt to deliver parcels and returns to sender. No attempt is made to deliver to a neibour. No note through door. Rubbish service! Please do not send via hermes!”

“I attempted to send a parcel with this company and they never turned up to collect it. I spent all day waiting around for them and it was a complete waste of time. I tried to find ways to contact MyHermes and the only thing I could find was a contact box and some customer service lines which would not connect. The response from the contact box said someone would be in touch within 5 working days. This is not good enough!!! I will never use this company again and I highly recommend that if you want your item delivered that you use a more reputable company. I have had to contact the recipient of the parcel to inform them that there will be a delay in them receiving the item and I feel as though I have let them down. Very unprofessional company and I will never consider using them again!”

“Delivery guy had delay first day - he treat that as first atrempt, second and third atrempt he lied about time. My package that i paid for it now it's coming back.. Not recomending to anyone! 👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“Tracking states my parcel was delivered and I signed for it, I didn't receive anything and I didn't sign for it either. Checked with all the neighbours who had not seen it. So I tried to contact them by phone, there are numerous numbers for them, all of them automated systems, either they cut off after saying their bit, putting in your 16 digit number countless times for them to tell you your parcel has been delivered, then it cuts off. All I want to know is where my parcel is. Worst carrier I ever had to deal with. Worst customer service I've ever come across.”
