I ordered a Mincer/Grater on from vintagegypsycottage on 13/10/19. They used Hermes to deliver. I had various delivery dates and times from Hermes once it was in the hands of their Courier, none of which materialised! Today I am told that at 6.40pm this was put through my letterbox. It certainly WAS NOT as how could you get an item this large through a letter box!!! I checked my porch and the surrounding areas and there was nothing. I have tried emailing Hermes but with no success but I imagine they have a dodgy Courier here and would be grateful if they could look into this IMMEDIATELY otherwise I will take them through every Court in the Country - my Dad is a top class Lawyer and will see to this!! My tracking number was 1996179253673486. So HERMES get your finger out as you have DEFINITELY not delivered my item!!!!!

Utterly useless delivery company. Leave no way of contacting them or the delivery driver. Attempted to deliver an item 3 times - completely ignored 2 neighbour alternatives provided online. None of the safe options they will accept - no way of offering alternative. Use this company at your peril - every item I have ordered 'delivered' by this company has ended up returned to sender and then needed a full refund.

Yet again not received my item and it says in transit now its saying theres a problem with my item for God sake get it sorted I wanted ut for the weekend I order a lot of ebay,and it's not fair on the sellers when they post there items to customers and they get um 2 weeks later great a!!!!!!!

I booked and paid for a collection and delivery. The day the driver was supposed to arrive, he didn't. Website says driver will make three attempts in 3 consecutive days, luckily I work from home and was going to be in on all 3 days. Driver never came at all. I tried contacting Hermes but there was no reply, just automated messages referring you back to their website for answers. Had to go through ''RESOLVER'' but response was that Hermes have had an issue with bookings not filtering through and told me to re-book. I explained in order to re-book they needed to refund me my money first. No reply. I have raised a complaint with my bank and have completed the relevant bank forms so they can get my money back. It's only a small amount but this is a matter of principal. If you pay for something you expect to get it. If you pay for something and never get it then this is essentially theft in my book. Booked with TNT in the end. They collected within the hour as driver was in the area and delivered the next day.

AVOID AVOID AVOID , MY HERMES !!! Lost parcels, non delivery, breakages, no compensation, the list of crimes goes on an on, how on earth can they still be in business??? Just not worth the hustle they cause and lost of money and your time. AVOID and read other comments. I will put this into all items I am selling everywhere so others will now too.

Lack of transparency and no honesty at all. I have been waiting all day for the delivery, the website said the item would arrive by 9 pm. At 9:30 pm, nothing was delivered, I updated the info on the website and there was a fake information that the driver tried to deliver the item at 4pm and did not find anyone or safe place to leave it. I was at home all afternoon waiting and checking the website. Why lie to your customers like that? The driver did not leave the "missing notice" or "calling card", no one came here from your company! Avoid using Hermes, can't be trusted, it is the second time that issues like that happened to me. Hopefully I will get my item delivered... some day...

The worst! I bought insurance so that if anything happens I would get the cost of replacing a car fob that I forgot in my London hotel. They lost it , they refuse to give me the cost of having it replaced even though I’ve provided them with documentation of the cost. They cheated me out of the cost of transport and insurance. Don’t use them!!!!!

I have been trying for past hour to return an item I bought from Avon and it has been the worst experience I have had in the past 20 years for returning an item. I was directed to hermes website which clearly specifies to follow steps but even after numerous attempts of following the steps correctly I did not get confirmation of pick up of my parcel. The visual steps froze at 2 out of the 3 steps and displayed confirm 'I am not a robot' which i did again and again! It has been a very frustrating experience! I am not sure even if a courier will pick up my parcel or not, it's disgraceful!

Our regular Hermes driver is amazing - nothing is ever too much trouble, he's always smiley and polite - and today he delivered my parcel which didn't even have the full address on it! His name is Adewale Falade. Thank you Adewale, you are a treasure!

Non delivery of parcel no calling card left 3 calls to customer services not one called returned as promised asked to speak to higher management told no and hung up on do not use a total disgrace will be telling everyone I know use Royal Mail yodal anyone but Hermes

These are a absolute joke of a delivery company! The last 3 deliveries I’ve had by them, 1 went missing, 1 got thrown over my 6ft fence into dog poo and the last one got thrown over my fence again but this time into a puddle of water on a rainy day. Almost impossible to contact via telephone and every other method of contact gets ignored! Do not use if you want your parcel to be delivered safely and securely!

terrible! "You can now divert your parcel when it's out for delivery by using our divert service. Just enter your 16 digit tracking number and delivery postcode to see the options available" is what it days on their page but their 'divert your parcel' link on reloads to a home page to sending a new package rather than divert one already on its way to an address as it states. it's not an easy job to get in contact with them too.

Hermes deliver all the time my parcels to wrong adress. I send massages few times to them... And? Nothing. They are still doing the same, so I don't want to use your services again...

Another package sent over, another package lost. This time the driver signed for the package themselves using the name 'porch' then left it on my step. When I came home, I read his note and there was no package anywhere, checked the whole rain soaked garden and it wasn't there. Got in touch with their customer services for a refund and compensation as numerous packages have gone missing this way, last one was delivered to my bin, and they referred me back to the ebay seller who fulfilled his side of the contract. Likewise their representative who replies to all these negative reviews passed the buck and told me to get in touch with customer services who followed suit and told me to contact the seller in regards to them not doing their delivery correctly. Formal complaint now being logged as still haven't had a refund because why should the seller refund and compensate, he did his job, myhermes never do and never put it right.

Hermès people are big liars. They never do any attempt in delivering parcel but keep sending messages that there was no one in and then on the 3rd which is supposed to be their final attempt they will send the same message saying that the parcel is going back to sender. They’ve done that a no of times because there is no lift in my flat and I’m only on the 3rd but still they it too much to climb the stairs may be. I do not understand why would companies still use them. They are fraudsters. They are just taking a pay for doing nothing
