If I could put 'no stars', I would.... I paid for a parcel, destined for Essex, to be collected on Saturday 5th October 2019. Left in a safe place, as I was at work. No collection.... E-mailed Hermes Customer Services on the Sunday afternoon, told to expect reply 'within 24 hours'. It is now Wednesday midday, and I have neither had a reply from Hermes, nor any collection. I have e-mailed them twice more, still no response. Disgusting. Never again will I trust this Company, and would agree with all those who recommend not using it, if you want reliability and good customer service.

I have used Hermes' services twice now and the service is very very bad. Collection does not work on time. Delays without any explanation. Driver does not have updated information on his device. Customer service is close to non existing. Overall terrible service. Will not be using their services again.

Parcel not collected, not local shop near me, I had to pay another courier, impossible to talk to someone, waiting time to chat 1 hour. This company is a joke. DONT USE IT

well,just come off line again for pick up,always a tech issue,do i believe that,NO,but truly now i will be using another company,for such a big company a really bad way of stupid excuses,try controlling how your company works

Parcel to be picked up on Monday by Hermes. Not done so. Two complaints left on customer services web site. No reply Impossible to talk to somebody by telephone. Only possible to complain via a 3rd party web site "Resolver" which requires logging on etc. Absolutely terrible,over complicated Costomer Service Web site that can only indicate that Hermes are trying to avoid complaints. This has to be the worst Company for Customer Service in the UK! Do not do buisiness with this Company. You have been warned!

MyHermes have failed to deliver again!!! or in this case, Collect. They were meant to collect a parcel from me yesterday and guess what, in true MyHermes style they never showed. Beware! think twice before using this company, yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for and in this case an appalling, unreliable service and even worse customer service.

Awful, awful company. Regularly fail to collect or deliver. Website impossible to use to do anything about it - designed purely to leave you powerless. Telephone system simply disconnects you whatever option you choose/refers you to the useless website. Horrible company the sums up all that is wrong with this moribund aspect of modern Britain. Avoid at all costs.

Hermes delivery service is incompetent and a joke. They continuously fail to hit their target delivery dates without an exception. Hermes, GET IT TOGETHER!

Annoying to give them one star - they certainly haven't done anything to earn it. All looked well when I was told a recent Amazon order had arrived at the local depot (Carlisle) two days ahead of promised delivery date. What followed was the worst courier service I've ever know. Each day for a week I would get an email telling me that my 'Friendly Local Courier' would deliver the package that day, only to discover when I went to tracking, a delay and new excuse for not delivering, some of which were outright lies, they included: Incomplete address - It was correct in every detail and nobody else has problems with it. Driver didn't wish to leave the package in an unsafe place - what a laugh, security cameras show they never came near the house. Tried to deliver, card left - No, the camera showed this was another lie. I would have a gladly picked it up myself from the depot but it was impossible to find a phone number that a human would answer either locally or head office. Thank goodness for Amazon's great customer service who refunded my money and even paid for a proper courier service to deliver it the next day. Can't see how Hermes are still in business reading all of the reviews.

Parcel not collected, four days and still waiting. It is impossible to contact Hermes about this. I will never use them again and advise all prospective customers to find a reliable courier. One star because no star is not an option.

Packages get lost by Hermes in their depo as per Hermes tracker, and Hermes says they can't locate them.

Have only had the misfortune of dealing with you twice and on both occasions you messed up. On neither occasion did we get a delivery On the first you said someone with a completely different name had signed. The second you sent a photo with our parcel stuffed hanging out of someone else's letter box (Heaven knows who's) certainly not ours. How can you provide such a poor (Non existent) service We have loads of deliveries daily from other companies no problem. I could upload the photo you sent me of my parcel sticking out of someone else's door. But I don't find it funny.

had two delivery attempts made, no cards left, then see online that attempt no.3 has been delayed and then nothing for several days. Trying to contact them is like some Kafka-esque hallucination, tried the automated phoneline only for it to finish the call as soon as you input the code number with the words “we hope this service has been of help to you!!!. Finally sent the enquiry emails to them that took 3 days to respond too, no explanation, no whereabouts just “ we have it and it’s on it’s way. 12 days since they originally got it and it’s still not been delivered. They did email me a “How did we do?” Survey though. Jesus wept! If i know suppliers use this company as their courier in future I will shop elsewhere.

If I could put no stars I would! I would like to know what’s the point of having a online service where you can “apparently” update delivery options ie where to leave if not in. I waited for a week for my delivery by which point I was going to be away for three nights so would miss my delivery so thought it best to go online & request to leave with a neighbour. Having done so & getting back a confirmation of this I felt pretty reassured that my package would be delivered as requested BUT NO! That's clearly too much to ask, not only was it delivered an hour & a half later then intended delivery slot it was then left “in my porch” HUH! Porch, is that what you call a door step that is in full view of the main road?! Well cheers for the photo evidence of stupidity, not to mention complete ignorance of a customers request! Once again Hermes winning with your such competent delivery service NOT!

Appalling - wish I could leave zero stars - sent parcel to Essex - returned to me with a Hermes label stuck over the original label. Spoke on web chat - no explanation - other than "technical issues" re-sent and exactly same thing happened again - gave up & used GPO. Appalling customer Service - fobbed off at every opportunity. Dont waste your time or money with this poor excuse for a delivery company

simple delivery from London to reading should have arrived Tuesday with tracking not even with the courier yet avoid this company no decent customer services cheap number not in operation only the premium rate no disgusting

Worse delivery company ever and people need to know they can not be trusted! They leave your stuff literally on the street if they have to. On this occasion I have been waiting 3 days for my parcel which was supposed to be next day delivery. Now they are telling me there has been a delay and to check back tomorrow! They actually make me sick! Do not use them! By the way customer service??? Total waste of time!

Still waiting a week for my next day delivery. Customer service are hard to get hold of and very unresponsive. I feel like I have been robbed and powerless to resolve the issue. Your parcel is not safe with myhermes. They are the worst delivery service I have ever come across.

Appalling company cannot deliver a parcel, the parcel has bounced back and forth from local depot to courier, got lost ,then found back to courier only to be sent back to depot and then courier again and now still no delivery after 10 days, sick of been told it will be excalated to somebody who does nothing then get excalated again and again to some one else. still not received parcel. never use these again.
