They lost my parcel. Now they telling me to contact the retailer. What a useless service. Not using them never again

For the last 2 days I have been told my parcel will get delivered at certain times it wasn't yet they told the company fetch that they had tried to deliver my parcel this is the 3rd day of this. I have emails to prove they are lying and the recording from my ring doorbell, awful company totally put me off buying online these guys will lose you customers.

Rubbish, never had a delivery on time yet - at least 4 days late every order, it would be later but I get the sender to chase them, absolute waste of time this company - never use them!

Appalling company - took a day off work for a parcel to be collected, no one turned up. Contacted them the next day to be told it would definitely be collected, waited in all day - no one turned up! So I paid for a collection service but ended up having to drop it off. Tried to contact them but I was 84th in the queue! If you call the number (which is very hard to find) it just tells you to email them and then cuts you off!

So I had a card through my door saying they have left mt parcel in the dustbin. which was left out as it was collection day. What were they thinking!!! luckily I was off work so I was able to get this before the bin was emptied. Why did you not dock on the door.

Incompetent . Impossible to get in contact with them . Parcel delivered to wrong address . Thrown over a fence and left out in the rain .

Hermes will not deliver to our post code. The last bit of our road is unmade and the courier refuses to drive along it. Its a huge problem as when companies use Hermes we never get the delivery and it takes ages for the goods to be returned and a refund made. All other couriers and the post office have no issues with delivery, just Hermes.

Don’t know what happened to Hermes , used to be good , they have increasingly got useless at doing the basic purpose of what they are supposed to be , I am lucky I think as I waited for 4 days over the collection date so this incompetent company didn’t get the chance to lose my parcels , I have spent around 4 hours on live chats etc including all the “you are 112 in the queue stuff” and the reply and update page that doesn’t appear to do anything , tried calling but that just leads you back to live chat eventually , gave them the benefit of the doubt to collect but still nothing , every time I get through they need another 72 hours to conclude their investigation which will usually land on me not providing some sort of information , I think peppa pig must be doing the investigating , if it wasn’t so serious how much they screw up people’s life’s with incompetence it would be laughable , I think a wee watchdog look is needed as this company is just taking the money and making an arse of it , the drivers are trying to do miracles that this lot can’t deliver on , I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND this company to anyone again , they have made me look like a tit , I wonder if the fat cats behind this shambles ever read these , WAKE UP AND SEE THE MISERY YOU CAUSE

Happened twice parcels not collected , go through insane measures to contact Hermes to be told that an investigation can take 72hours , can’t speak to anyone , gave up after 3 days and went with parcelforce , cheaper price and guaranteed next day , won’t be using again

They have no call support centre. How does a delivery company not have a call support number? Do not recommend. They lose parcels all the time

Only half of the delivery was made. Driver disappeared before I could open package and check and then the MyHermes tracking just said it was delivered and signed for. There is no ability to actually speak to anyone at Hermes, the phone line just says look at website as if I wouldn’t have thought to do that first, it doesn’t let you actually speak to anyone in the service team it won’t let you email them but says contact the retailer. If you start an online chat you are dealing with a robot that frustrates things further by not being able to react to questions or requests for help and then puts you in a queue where you are number 234 with a wait of 49 minutes. The Hermes website and every aspect of your supposed customer service is shamefully bad. It is clear you are doing everything possible to impede customers contacting you and instead you provide inanane comments and information and treat us like fools. Why are you so uncomfortable with customers contacting you to let you know when there is a problem with a delivery? If you’re proud of making life difficult and avoiding the provision of any service or problem resolution at least be upfront about it, I would have more respect for you if you did.

Received an email stating delivery will be done between 3pm and5pm. Made sure i was home. nothing arrived. When i went online to check the status, it said that the delivery wasn't possible due to an incomplete address. Address wasn't incomplete, The name of my building wasn't on the address but the house number was, which doesn't have any effect anyway because my building name isn't visible from the street unlike the houses numbers !!! You have the worst delivery service .

Received e mail saying parcel being delivered between 16.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs, no parcel arrived,we were in,light,s were on,garage door was open,and a neighbour received delivery from Hermes the same time. Went on Hermes site next day it stated nobody home, we have CCTV. And it didn’t,t record any body coming to the door. Complaint made to Hermes with no response.

where to start ! ordered £91.00 worth of 9 items for a party from disney store uk ( now been and gone ) , obviously a reliable retailer as ordered lots from them in the past , on the day of delivery didnt show up so looked on tracking 'query with address' all info was correct on order checked with disney confirmed, spoke to somebody from hermes they couldnt find address lol, i live in a busy residential area - shirley solihull , hardly out in the sticks is it ,i had a parcel delivered from the same retailer a few weeks before explain that, so the tracking has just been stuck on parcel is delayed ever since, been in contact with hermes many times keep saying speak to disney what are they gonna do they sent it you and now there saying they cant locate it at the depot ,can you belive it! the parcel is massive big old box with disney logos on it, u couldnt miss it, not like a matchbox size so its obviously been stolen to add insult to injury the special items for my party are now sold out and i cant re order them , its an absolute discrace , i wouldnt even call it a service as it wasnt even attempted to be delivered id of gone picked it up myself! a massive box doesent just dissapear so been blindly robbed at my expense, look through the reviews they speak for themselves no other explanation for it , use somebody you can trust e.g royal mail at least they leave a calling card so you can go to the depot and collect it etc simple as that , not oh we cant find it , no u cant find it because somebody has stolen it!

Ordered item from shopping channel meant to be here 21/9 went to warehouse on Wednesday don’t know where it is will phone you nothing went back Thursday found it in warehouse will bring it round in a hour nothing going back today to see again they are bunch of lying twats will never knowingly use them again should be burnt down
