Parcel not delivered was ment to get my shoes today and I dont have any as I chucked my old pair I out I went to track where they are and it says singed for at address and iv been in all day no excuses worse company ever!

Incompetent and no contactable customer service. How are they still in business? Do yourself a favour and pay 20p extra for a decent delivery service.

My parcel was due between 11am and 1pm today. At 1:54 I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered and signed for... the signature on the system is not mine! And there's no link to report it. I shall be reporting this to the sender 😠

Would give no stars if I could. Over the last few weeks, I was expecting 5 parcels and none ever arrived even though the courier marked them as delivered!!! The customer service is awful, very unhelpful and you have to wait days for a response. If I would have known this last company I ordered from was using Hermes, I would not have ordered from them. So retailers- you will be losing online orders if you continue to use Hermes, this is not a one off for me and I am sure it is happening to others! Extremely dissatisfied and will not be using them ever again. Stay clear everyone if you actually want your parcels to arrive!!!!

Parcel still not delivered. Three days on run, email to say arriving 11am to 1pm, clicked on tracking link, message (timed before e-mail) to say delayed, sending in next 24 hours, then text received to say been delivered between 11 and 1. How many days will they keep doing this?

Had an email saying my package was signed for by 'porch' and upon returning home found a slip saying it was delivered to my garden step. No package anywhere and I can't ask the person who signed for it because the driver did it. Shocking service as always.

Horrible service! They are never able to deliver to my address, have ordered many parcels in the past and everytime it’s the same story, they claim they are unable to deliver as there is no access to my house. It is ridiculous!!!! They are not even trying. It’s impossible to get any response or update from them, the customer service is just laughable. Ordered 1 day express delivery, it’s been 5 days already and everyday I am forced to send emails and complains trying to get my parcels on my way to me. Complete waste of money. Avoid this company if you have the chance or it will cost you a lot of stress and valuable time. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

I paid for a parcel to be delivered to a customer it never got their in stead it was returned to me with no reason given. What is the point i might as well go to royal mail.

As a sender, I was told on three consecutive days that my parcel would be picked up for next day delivery and at the end of each day I called up to find out why it had not been collected and was told it would be the next day. On one of these occasions, I asked for an email from Hermes to confirm what had happened so that I could forward this to the recipient so that they would understand why their package was arriving so late. On no occasion did Hermes contact me to explain that the package wasn't going to be collected. I then had to arrange an alternative same day delivery at quite a cost. Never using Hermes again.

Never ever use this service. Parcel wasn't collected. Contacted support few times, made complains. the answer was,you wasn't at home,sorry.Waited all 5 days to be collected.No one cares in this company!!!!!!!

Driver opened my front door! No way to complain to them as they make it impossible to be able to contact, currently I am 469 in the queue... with a wait time of over an hour. They do this on purpose so there is no way to complain to them.

Courier forged my signature as proof of delivery. Never received goods. Registered a complaint and it turned out he was nearly 6 miles away when I was supposed to have signed. Changed his mind when challenged through my complaint and said he left them in my porch. HOW? If his tracker says he was 6 miles away. Customer services not based in the UK and are probably the worst bunch of clowns in the industry. Still not received an apology. Avoid these idiots at all costs. Worse than Yodel

Awful service. Ordered an item from sports direct for next day delivery at 3:15pm, should be plenty of time. Did not arrive next day, then said delivery would be 6 to 8 pm for day after which never happened, jst got message saying couried could not deliver today will try again tomorrow, but the courier never showed up! This is not the first bad experience with Hermes. If I could give no stars, I would.

Parcel not delivered. I am currently 512th in the queue for live chat. I waited for 60 minutes earlier (427th in queue) then when it got to me it cut me off and asked me to type Hello to start a new chat. Soul destroying!!

Appalling service. Nine parcels not picked up on their collection days. No apologies, no information, nothing. Impossible to contact them except on expensive numbers which don't ever let you anywhere near a real person. Website doesn't record your messages and they don't reply to them anyway. Absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nothing to reccomend about this company. Parcel not collected which itself is not a great problem- things happen and can be sorted, the problem comes when you try to contact them - log onto there site select chat ( which seems to be the only avenue) and you end up in an endless loop with nobody actually responding.. It is impossible therefore to sort waht was a minor problem and I guess the courier driver at KT19 will not get paid because the Courier at PL30 will not uplift. first and last parcel I will consign to myhermes 8629671255072781

The reviews do not lie, shocking service. Almost impossible to contact and do not collect parcels when stated. After an hour wait on live chat I finally got a refund and will use royal mail, more expensive but far superior

collection requested for a particular day never happened. no contact number to call just an email that took ages to reply to. ended up requesting refund and using another courier
