Sent my delivery through Hermes, thinking they were reputable company. Received tracking it had arrived at depot, and now they tell me it’s lost. Paid for 24hr delivery and they say they’re is no claim back! Unbelievable.

Just dont bother, they will fail at every level Failed to collect, very difficult to contact, phone lines have prerecorded message then cut you off telling you to go to website. Help is useless, hard to find the live chat, the bot is terrible and just repeats the same questions over and over, eventually by typing AGENT repeatedly it gave up trying to get rid of me got through to someone who on the first day said it would be collected before 8pm after I'd waited in all day (having placed the order the previous day) - it wasnt collected. The next day the tracking said theyd tried to collect at 2.15pm the previous day (they hadnt, I checked the CCTV, plus I was in, plus they left no card) when I told live chat this they said the vehicle had broken done. When I asked for the registration number or some evidence I was ignored, despite asking for it a number of times. They are simply not fit for service, just dont use them, its not worth all the frustration.

This has to be the worst courier service available, if there is a problem with your delivery it gets thrown in a cage after a few weeks the cage disappears, who knows where the packages go? As they are never seen again! Its cheaper to pay the £20.00 compensation than sort out the problem. Time BBC watchdog had a look at them. Try contacting them, the website does not give a phone number, if you find a number on the internet it directs you to the website and hangs up, try the online chat and you will find that you are communicating with a machine at no point can you talk to anybody. Bet this review will not get published!!

last year we had a parcel delivered to a shop drop off but had no communication to tell us where it was and eventually two weeks later found out where it was after we had duplicate sent by sender. Now we have been waiting over a week with no usable information ie (parcel not received, on website which was down for two days and not userfriendly). I contacted sender who confirmed it had been dispatched a week ago to Hermes. this morning going on to website find it entered Hermes network 1737 yesterday a week after dispatch. the sender confirmed dispatch and promised delivery in next couple of days. In future I shall ask sellers on amazon who they use for delivery and will refuse to buy their products however good they are if they use Hermes.

They have now tried to deliver my parcel 5 times!!! Each scheduled delivery time is between 5-7 pm or 6-8 pm even though this is a delivery tot the shop that has opening times displayed on a door which is till 5 pm!!! Mind it, I unfortunately have ordered from other places that I didn't know they use this shitty delivery companies and both has started bouncing back and forth again, I expect to not see any of them ever and obviously there's no customer service to contact. I'm speechless you can operate like that wasting time and fuel on endless attempts that are deemed to fail before they happen :/

Amazon.Com appointed Hermes to deliver an item to my address. Received an email from Hermes this morning advising me that my order had just been posted through my letterbox. It later transpired that the item had been delivered to another address in my road . Now received but I was obliged to go door to door to locate my parcel

Looks like I have been treated the same as many. Parcel not delivered but told by Hermes it was. Refused to provide tracking data. Rubbish customer service and even worse delivery service. Every delivery problem I get is with Hermes.

Parcel damaged during transit to delivery so they didn't deliver it. Instead they did NOTHING. Two weeks later I contacted them to find out why my parcel was not delivered, I was told via an automated system that it was damaged and I had to email them. I was then told that I had to wait a further 72 hours while they investigated. I should have been contacted when the parcel was damaged, and an investigation should have started straight away not two weeks later. Eventually I contacted a customer service agent so I could have a conversation with a real person and to try and get an explanation. He was an much use as a chocolate teapot and eventually hung up on me. I WILL NEVER USE HERMES AGAIN

Customer services is a complete waste of time, you can't speak to anyone on the phone, the Web chat is automated and no help and the email takes about 2 days for a reply, when you do get a reply it is just the same script over and over again.

Parcel collected over a week ago, but never delivered. No way of contacting Hermes. They will not answer e-mails, automated service on web chat and customer services number.

The agent shoved a parcel through our door and forged my husband's signature to say he had signed for it. He wasn't even in!

Our courier doesn't care about his customers twice now has sihomes for parcel staying it was my signature even when we were out first one was left on step second one could be anywhere we haven't seen it

Terrible service, tried 5 times on phone to speak to someone and was cut off each time. They take days to reply to emails. My parcel has been sitting in couriers car for a week. Live chat unavailable.

Should have delivered today got an email this morning saying delay in parcel .no reason whatsoever . They are disgusting bunch and service is bad don't want them anywhere near me . Third time this has happened now . Over a year not good enough company need to be struck off or sackings should be made.

I have just had a message via online tracking: 17:00 - Sat 21 Sep We're not able to deliver your parcel to the address we have. Please get in touch so we can get it back on its way to you. Contact details can be found in the FAQs section below Has ANYONE ever found a way of contacting these muppets? Phone number is automated brick wall, advising opening a non existent live chat. Why anyone uses them is beyond belief. My post code on Google maps is incorrect but their drivers seem to rely on it and seem unable to read a written address. In the last 2 days I have had 2 deliveries from FEDEX and Parcelforce. Hermes are rubbish

They are incapable of next day delivery in the Henley on Thames area. Customer service is non existent. Why any retailer would risk their reputation with this company I do not know!

They must be the most inefficient courier service. They have lied emailing me that my parcel was delivered to my "safe place" this morning at 7.30 am on 21/9/2019 The photograph "confirming " delivery isn't even of my property Their customer service help line is an automated recording directing the caller to look up advice on their web page or engage in "live chat" which is non-existent I have now lodged a complaint via Revolver My item is obviously somewhere on someone else's property because the delivery driver is incompetent and the patent company appear not to really care My advise if ordering online items check who the courier is and avoid Hermes

My frustration with Hermes is having waited in all day. at the end of the day you get a message that they tried to deliver but no one washome. What that means is the driver finished is round and found he still had parcels in the back of the van that he had made no attempt to deliver. Just tell the truth.

An absolute joke.... the courier "refuses" to deliver packages to my house as he "feels" the road is inaccessible. Funny how every other courier and royal mail have no problem. Customer services is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Effing useless service. Do not recommend.

Absolutely pathetic service from customer care to delivery. Parcel was out for delivery everyday for 9 days, but never got delivered, when I finally got in contact I was told it will need to be looked for in warehouse and this will be another 48 hours, I then got a email telling me reason for none delivery was because the parcel was too big and it needed a larger vehicle... It was a USB stick! No bigger than a clothes peg so not sure if the drivers are driving toy cars
