Unreliable. Impossible to contact. My parcel, which I booked through ParcelHero, is now 5 days overdue, with no movement on Hermes Tracking since 6 days ago, when it was recorded "at their local collection hub". Impossible to contact them, to find out what has gone wrong, or what to expect. A V O I D !!

Failed to collect item you cannot get in touch with the company even head office I tried every number to try and speak to a person. Will not use again.

I sent parcel to the Middle East via Hermes. A Hermes courier picked it up promptly and politely. I tracked it online and they passed it over to Landmark Global Long story short - the parcel never arrived despite massive efforts by the recipient to trace it. I decided to register a small claim via the courts as I feel cheated. This resulted in a massive confused letter from Hermes lawyers saying basically it's not their problem !!!!! I wish but I cannot pursue the matter anymore. My advice - Never use Hermes for an international shipment

I cannot believe that Amazon and Ebay shippers actually use Hermes. I understand that the charges are less than the Royal Mail but the customer service on the part of Hermes brings the seller from Amazon and Ebay down in ratings. My driver for Hermes is the most impolite, rude man ever employed by anyone. He pulls up to my house, honks the horn and then shoves my package onto his windscreen for me to pick up. Last week I ordered an electronic device. He saw me come out of the house and tried to balance it on a fence post instead of handing it to me. I have never been anything but courteous and friendly to this person. He, in turn, has complained about gates, suggested what type of post box I should have, honked for me to come to him, grunted when I greet him, and refuses to put items inside the porch. Instead leaves them outside in the weather. Not only is he a disgrace but the company itself is awful. They refuse to have anyone answer the phones to take care of complaints. I won't lose any sleep the day Hermes goes out of business. EBAY AND AMAZON sellers take note: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HERMES. I refuse to buy items from selles that use Hermes. They are a disgrace in the rural areas.

Awful experience. Simple collection from my flat to take something back to John Lewis. 12 hour slot provided on Monday. No one turned up. They rolled it onto Tuesday. No one turned up. Their tracking information is full of lies and is made up as both days in the evening they changed collection slot to 6-9pm - still never showed and then by following morning on both days shows that they attempted collection at 18.41. completely made up. I stayed home both days plus we have a 24 hour conceriege.....why do Hermes make this so difficult? Do not answer their phone. Do not respond to messages. Clearly do not provide any level of service. Would never use again

YOu are a bloody disgrace as an operation. An absolute disgrace. You allow no direct communication. You give no indication of delivery time and you are the worst courier service I have ever come across. I will never ever use you again. Someone needs some competition Hermes. And you are ripe for it. You need to taken out by a top class courier company that actually does what it says its going to do. USELESS

Worst ever delivery service!!! Messing about with peoples daily schedules leaving parcels at random places with no slip, 13hr waiting and not turning up, loosing parcels. No descent customer service - rude on calls, provide false information etc can go on list on and on!!! AVOID!!! Every single delivery has been huge hassle nothing else!!!! Scumbags not service

Absolute dog shi* of a company I’ve had 3 deliveries from retailers this week all using Hermes, not one arrived on time after me waiting in for the two hour time slots each parcel late by at least a day even though I paid next day delivery and one parcel was delivered by a teen in a bashed up old car with P plates on it!! From now on if the retailer doesn’t offer any other company to deliver my items then I simply won’t purchase goods from them as Hermes are a joke

0 starts!! I am still waiting for Hermes to collect my parcel... now 4 months and 3 days late! Every week the parcel label expires and has to be rebooked, so I'm on the 9th rebook now for the same parcel, still no collection! I have a 2nd parcel now sitting on 2 weeks uncollected...... Last year I purchased a Carbon Fibre bike, to be delivered next day at £64 by Hermes. 3 days later,... no bike... after many phonecalls I finally got to speak to a manager who explained they lost the (huge!!) parcel in one of their wharehouses!... A month and a bit later the huge box finally arrived with the bike damaged and several accessories fallen out/lost/missing, however as the item was now well past the 30 days since purchase date I couldn't return it or get any claims. Contacting Hermes for any compensation, or even a refund for the month late £64 I had paid for next day postage, results in Hermes saying it will be passed on to their complaints/claims department who will get in touch within 5 working days,.. but never do. Many of the nights I called them about my bike, or now my uncollected parcels I get put in a queue,.. number 32, then 31 etc. finally after 1 and half hours later it reaches number 1.... 10 mins later.... a message: "Hermes is now closed, please call again tomorrow" and I go through the same process... arrrgghhh.... my phonebills!!! I HATE THEM with a passion!!!

Its a hitty missy service...Cant get through to customer service..dont advertise a genuine place to contact them. Parcels sent to wrong address no where near where they are supposed to be ...stillno reply from Hermes..lost parcels. Damaged parcels they don't respond to me...I also frustrated with them now..I will be looking elsewhere to send my parcels from now on ..out of pocket too much with this company

Gelu delivered packages to a changed location...made contact and went out of his way to help me. I think contact centre must have gone over and above too...so thank you it all came together

If there were no stars I would put that. Worst courier service I have ever dealt with in my lfe, and I would advise anyone to think very carefully about using them in the future, because I can assure you, I won't ever use them again. Not only were parcels delayed, but one went missing (a camera worth a lot of money), one was just an empty box, and one took over a month to arrive. Is there a customer service to help??? - If you can, and if you are lucky, then you have probably contacted the wrong place, because I can assure you, there is no way to get through to them. You get an automated service, then nothing. Press this, press that - but if your problem is not there, they cut you off!!! I ended up by going to Resolver, but in the end Amazon sorted all my problems out. I think they are an awful company.

Three disasters with Hermes deliveries in less than a month. Refuse to use them again. Royal Mail are in my good books now. They were all parcels which were collected by our local Courier (who is brilliant by the way, so I am not blaming the messenger), and were items which needed to be sent back to Amazon and Debenhams. One parcel was delayed by a month; one parcel was lost completely (Hermes refused to pay any compensation to me), and the other arrived in time, but Amazon claimed that they received an empty box, instead of the camera I had sent back. Terrible, terrible company. Their Customer Service telephone number is non existent - you get either an automated message, or get cut off. The only way of contact is by Resolver. And the tracking service on their website doesn't work. I still have items on there telling me that they still need picking up from my house, even though they were collected months ago. I just dislike them so much I am shaking even now.

Time after time my Hermes deliveries (Didcot area) have been delayed. In the past Hermes was great and when I was notified that my parcel was out for delivery, the delivery always turned up on time. For the past 2 months however anything delivered by Hermes has been in transit for at least 2 days and deliveries that were notified as out for delivery are not delivered, instead I receive a message saying that "there has been a slight delay". Very frustrating and there is no way to contact them.

I don't advise this service, Embarrassing customer service, The parcel was delayed by Sorting mistake. Parcel arrived 3 weeks later than expected in Italy.

Paid for next day delivery. Parcel delivered on time to their depot but not passed on to a courier what a waste of time and money

my hermes almost sounds like an infection on 2nd september 2019 they receive a parcel by 14-42 item getting sent back to sender . herpes not contagiously tried delivering, item no card left etc as it was short time of receiving item they had item no more than 4hours what a company to spread such bad virus for not delivering think herpes needs to take medication to know where a customers address is. Well sorry i have to go for my medication for STD Services That Deliver
