Arrived when expected. Courier friendly and polite. Email updates on delivery are a great idea.

please please avoid this courier. Ive never in all my years worked with a worse company. They frequently lose parcels, their delivery men will happily throw parcels covered in fragile tape over a fence, forge customer signatures, lie about delivery and i presume steal parcels. Speaking to their customer service is like trying to draw blood from a stone. They frequently 'apologise for the inconvenience' however never actually do anything to help. Ive just a lot of time, effort and of course money dealing with hermes and really regret using them in the first place. They genuinely seem to have no basic standards that you would expect from any business. Please please do not use them, its well worth spending a few extra pennies on a different courier to ensure your item arrives safely.

Busy at work...nipped home, found I had missed my delivery. No problem at all ... Rang the contact number left on the missed delivery note. A very helpful and polite lady asked for my address...within 10 minutes delivery was made. Perfect

Hermes has lost 3 packages on me within 1 month. Two with Hermes and 2 through eBay shutl. Because I can’t always claim all the money, I’ve now lost £50 worth of products, and all I get is a ‘sorry’. Well sorry doesn’t give me back my £50. I paid for a service, you lost my package (three in one month) and they can get away with not compensating me for the products they lost. Parcel tured. up in good condition sooner than expected and I know that if I'm not home I will allways be Informed where it is by email also I know most of the time when it is due for delivery depending on the retailer Thankyou Myhermes

Parcel was falsely signed for as delivered, have reported to Hermes but they have ignored all request to find out who forged my signature for a parcel that was not delivered. The parcel was then delivered 2 days later and no answer on who fasley signed for it as delivered two days earlier.

Worst delivery company ever. They pay another courier company to collect parcels and they have no control at all of them. I have been waiting them for coming to collect my parcel since 3 weeks ago. I lost time and money waiting for them at home the whole day and finally they didn't appear. They assured me someone was going to collect the parcel and they didn't come. They told me to pick up the parcel to a shop and after I got help and lost money in fuel the guy in the shop told me the parcel was too big to leave it there so I had to take it back to my house. Finally my time to return the item (a bike)that they should have collected expired and I can't have my refund (£154). I can assure you it's better to spend a bit more money and choose another delivery company, don't repeat my mistake. If you have any problem you are in trouble because their customer service is no useful at all, it is a really frustrating experience. If someone knows how can I put a proper complain and claim for all money I lost because of them I would be very grateful.

Absolutely awful - Really poor customer service and lost the item!!!!!! had to wait weeks before they would confirm and then was just refunded the basic cost. What a cheek

Shocking company - apparently they tried to make 3 deliveries to my address, but failed on EVERY occasion to leave a note through the door!!! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

The package was opened and deficient. We gave back them immediately. Then they said on their site: we signed the receipt.. But we did not do!! They lie and steal!!

Awful. No number to call. Doesnt reply to emails. No way to arrange a redelivery other than the chat system and even then the courier didnt follow my requested instructions to post the item or deliver it to a neighbour. I do all of my shopping online and have never had problems with a single courier other than Hermes. My parcel wasnt ever delivered, and retailer hasnt received it back either a week later.

This is the worse company ever. AVOID IT ! They consider my parcel as "lost" because the delivery guy could not find the address, which is super easy to find. It's been a month, and they told me they will not deliver it, asking me to contact the retailer of my product to make a claim. The mistake comes from their side, but they cannot do anything about it AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My Hermes are a JOKE There is absolutely NO come back against this company If you have a complaint ... Good Luck Impossible to speak to someone and a wait of over 30 minutes to webchat Then when you do web chat they say speak to the seller, there is NO accountability and an absolute JOKE of a company Apparently they tried to deliver the item 3 times I was home on all occasions and never received a failure to deliver notice, so it makes me wonder if they were even trying to deliver to the right house. I live 10 yards from a My Hermes drop off shop, the package could have also been left here ?????
