Absolutely awful service. Had over £200 worth of Christmas gifts being delivered. They sent a confirmation picture to us with parcel in a safe place, however me or neighbours have never seen it. Near on impossible to contact them. Avoid them at all costs, absolutely fuming. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but judging by previous posts a lot of people are having the same issues and they are nothing but thieves.

On-line tracking system says my parcel was delivered yesterday. It was delivered. Tried to call customer services, entered tracking number and response was that the "system is experiencing difficulties just now". Try the online assistant and it goes round in circles, telling me that the parcel is still out for delivery. Will not let me chat to a real person. Meanwhile over £60 of goods has gone missing. Absolutely disgraceful. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Call this a service? Sounds more like a scam.

HELL ON EARTH! BAD is NOT even BAD ENOUGH! Parcel to be picked up 2 weeks ago, never done, added on tracking it has been collected and never reacted to query. Still have no clue where my supposed to be pick up might be in the universe... told me now to rebook myself with new payment!!!! CHAT takes hours to get through, kicks you out of the line on a regular basis and doesn't do a thing for you! Phone lines are on voicemail 24/7! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! DISAPPEAR HERMES!!! YOU ARE A MESS, A SHAME AND THE WORST SCAM ON EARTH!

Every single time I have a delivery that comes when I'm out the package is thrown (not placed) thrown over my fence. So many damaged items. Impossible to contact to complain about the idiot doing this. By far the worst courier in the UK currently

Signed parcel by unknown person and no parcel to be found. Waste of money Nowhere to contact customer service if they have one, do not use this company.

2 parcels not collected from me recently on different occasions with no explanation. 2 other parcels collected in the last 3 weeks and both have going missing. Claims are painfully slow and now they have just eventually agreed to pay me the value of the item I sold and will not include the cost of carriage that I had to refund to my customer. All in all very unreliable and it's impossible to speak to anyone. Cheap but very poor service.

Parcel not delivered, tracking says they had problems accessing my property - nonsense. They have the parcel so is theft and suppliers should stop using them. I will not knowingly buy anything again from suppliers who use them.

It’s theft pure and simple gift set delivered letterbox - second delivery over Xmas where they have just kept the goods and claimed they have been delivered!! Amazon shame on you for using these jokers!!!!

Two weeks and still not received parcel. Difficult to speak with a real person and when you do finally get in contact via chat bot, they are useless and unable to help. Pathetic excuse for a company. DO NOT USE

Hermes have said they have delivered my parcel I’ve been out all day and said it’s been signed for the signature isn’t even a scribble I’m so annoyed this is an expensive Christmas present no one to actually contact and speak too.... FUMING

HERMES LEFT BLUE CARD SAYING PARCEL IN GREENHOUSE (FRONT PORCH WAS OPEN ANYWAY). GARDENER IN ALL DAY AND NO DELIVERY MADE. PHOTO TO PROVE DELIVERY WAS A FOOT. SO MANY PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM ONE HAS TO GO BACK TO SUPPLIER AND WAST TIME ARGUING THERE. TERRIBLE COMPANY ...SO UNHELPFUL.

Parcel not delivered and there is absolutely no way to contact them to try and resolve. Think the My Hermes plan when things go wrong is to be as unhelpful as possible and send you round and round the houses so you finally give up. DO NOT USE. May as well just hand over your money and throw your parcel down a black hole.

They lost first parcel and it's replacement which after never bring off their crappy customer services the second parcel arrived late. I had paid for signature on delivery. Nobody was at home to sign for it but got a photo of a squiggle and parcel left unattended at back door. They offered me 20 per cent off next order as goodwill' gesture They can get stuffed I want all the £6.45 postal cost reimbursed minimum Useless shower are Hermes

Texted to say delivery would be between 11am and 1pm. Stayed in house all day waiting. At 4pm delivery tracking said unable to deliver that day and would try again tomorrow. Be text to tell me this though. That's a days wages lost. Thanks for nothing.

Parcels not delivered or dumped in back garden. Paid for signed service can't contact hermes directly. I ask retailers if they use here message before I purchase. They are horrendous

Hermes are beyond words lied about attempted delivery Unfortunately i was unaware when placing my online order that they would use Hermes,had i have know i would not have placed an order with them. I am finding it impossible to get information on my parcel..I have tracked my parcel. A delivery was attempted Mon 16/12/2019 but to either the wrong address or not at all as there were 3 people in at the claimed time of attempted delivery, no delivery was attempted at my address. Now when i track my parcel it states I have to take action. But I don't know what action they want me to take. I have contacted Hermes 3 times on web chat, i gave delivery directions and my phone number on the first occasion,I was advised by the agent these details would be passed on to the courier, 2nd attempt i was cut off 3rd time i was told they would contact the courier, but I still have not been able to establish what action they want me to take? Please mail order companies give people the option to pay a little more to use the post office

They siad my first parcel couldn't be delivered at my address, only because they had changed my address for some reason! Parcel ended up going back to sportsshoes!! I've just had the same issue with a parcel from millets...come on hermes pull your finger out!!! P.s. come on retailers stop using them as your courier!!

DONT USE MYHERMES! They either steal your parcel or they deliver it to another address....not trustworthy at all
