Receiving parcels if you're not available for any reason at home, they don't drop it off at a collection point where I can collect it. Customer support where are they? questionnaire on website useless! Hermes makes deliveries difficult (not easy)

Item not received. It has t moved from the local depot for two weeks. Hermes are a joke, no option to speak to anyone. A useless digital assistant which doesn’t understand anything you type then goes on to reply ‘Bingo! Look what I found, your parcel is on its way!’ But it’s not is it? It’s not moved for two weeks and just today I receive an email saying it’s been delivered! Err, no it hasn’t. The tracking still shows it is at the local depot and not moved. Utter rubbish. My son has experienced the exact same thing just a couple of weeks ago. Seems parcels aren’t going missing. Ive spent hours on stupid supposed web chat and where’s the option to email? Although I’ll get no sense even if I did. I’m under no illusion that I’ll not receive this item ever. It’s been lost or stolen clearly. Never again will I buy anything from a retailer using such an incompetent supposed courier, running a business to be ashamed of. Diabolical.

i received an email from them stating my parcel was either over the weight or size and I owe them £10.50. its absolute nonsense I sent 5 parcels all exactly the same and they picked on just one. the parcels weighed just 3 kilos ( the weight limit was 10 kilos) and well within the dimensions. They give no details of their size and weight. No way will I pay this. Evidently they do this on a regular basis. This company should be investigated for fraud

These are the worst delivery company ever! I constantly get parcels delivered to my work address, Hermes are the only ones that can’t (be bothered to) find the address despite the fact the postcode on every mapping system takes you into our car park!! “Attempted delivery” is never made. And then you can’t even contact them to get a message to the driver, never mind make a complaint. Online chat is totally useless, why on earth do companies use them?!?!

another parcel lost how can they keep going 2nd parcel they have lost in 2 weeks Been with my heavy courier for 11 years and they have lost 0 parcels Just pointless selling for them to lose all the time send another item last week with 2 day dispatch ,11 days before it arrived ,You CANNOT CONTACT THEM .Because they know it will be complaint after complaint . No more will stick to the post office

I placed an order on 1st December and I am still waiting on delivery...apparently my parcels with a sub contracted courier and Hermes have no idea when it will be delivered...despite phoning Hermes depot and the retailer H&M nobody is taking responsibility!

Their customer service is non-existent. They have a phone number on their website. Whatever option you select, you will only get an automated response. The online chat on their website is just as bad. They are literally no help at all. I have been waiting a month for a refund that would have taken a matter of minutes had i been able to speak to a human being. I am getting no where at all. It's a shame as our local delivery driver is friendly and accommodating. I can safely say though, I will never be using their services again nor will i use any companies that use them as their delivery company.

If you have a problem they are the worst company to deal with. You will spend hours of your life trying get through and get answers and continually fobbed off. Better paying a bit extra for good customer service and get your parcel delivered. Avoid.

Beware of this thieving company Horrendous service ! Been at work all day and I get a notification saying my parcel was ‘delivered and signed for by customer’ ... again, I have been at work all day how could I sign for this ?! Checked with neighbours and in any ‘ safe places’ but nothing .. no way to get through to an actual human, no customer service , no way of emailing / ringing company , I’m shocked and disgusted that this company hasn’t been Shut down or at the very least investigated ! I was sent an image of ‘ my signature’ it’s a scribble ... a SCRIBBLE?! not in anyway close to my signature so someone is committing fraud and from the look of all the complaints online this is something happening within the company either hiring thieves or morons !

Poor service all round Poor service all round, poor customer service as no one responds to the online help line nor answers the contact phone number which may I add isn’t easy to find, poor delivery options as can’t write your own preferred secure location for where you want panel to be placed, can’t add preferred delivery time to save the courier a wasted trip, they don’t seem to deliver panels after 6pm when most people are home from work! I wouldn’t have even rated them 1 star but unfortunately I couldn’t write a review without giving them a star rating

0 stars , I have no parcel, although Hermes states it’s been delivered and signed for! When viewing the signature it has been forged! No way to contact customer services, only answer machine that cuts you off! No email address! Disgusting service! Customer should be sent a barcode that the courier has to scan to prove it’s been handed over ! Iv contacted the supplier and hoping for a replacement as it’s a Christmas present. How do you put a complaint forward for this dreadful company?

3 times I had to ask Amazon for a new returns label for a parcel.. Hermes never came to collect it.. You can’t contact them.. I never knew such bad companies existed. I had to take it to a drop off in the end and a Hermes had forgotten to leave labels with them so it couldn’t be dropped off either.. I wasted days on this dreadful company , time I can never get back.. ... I will never use them again.. I have made a big complaint to Amazon... They said my complaint was nothing new to them..

USELESS COURIER COWBOYS. CANNOT GET THROUGH EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL. TOTALLY CRASS. LEFT PARCEL (WITHOUT KNOCKING ON THE DOOR), NEXT TO RUBBISH BINS. PURE IDIOTS!
