My parcel has not been delivered to me. The parcel has been delivered to someone but the signature obtained by Hermes is not mine! The name shown on the POD is mine??? Now have to wait for the shipper to conduct an investigation which could take upto 5 days, extremely annoyed this is a Christmas Present. I want to know where the parcel is????

I am going to report this company to the police something as to be done parcels constantly going missing, costing people a lot of money. I and others are going to have to make a complaint to the police.

Terrible service parcels going missing constantly had two emails saying parcel with courier will deliver today, guess what no parcel. I have had 4 parcels go missing in the last 3 weeks. No way of contacting the depot

Pathetic customer service - slow delivery and dear help you if you want to make a claim - good luck with that! Impossible to talk to someone you have to go onto live chat have about an hour wait in a queue to be told virtually nothing is covered in their insurance - dreadful company - pay the extra and use another courier.

Booked a pick up and got email confirmation, then waited in 2 days in a row and no one came. When i went on the website it said i had no active orders even though a link in my email receipt took me to the one id booked. Tried to cancel the order but it said i couldnt, customer service number was difficult to find and once i managed to get through i was told my an automated reply that trackig was down and to use the website. Eventually a driver from hermes turned up a week after i had originally booked, and when i told him he was a week late he said 'this happens all the time' . Worst service ive ever had. AVOID.

Worst Courier out there, how they are a business is beyond me. unable to call and speak to a human being and online chat usually takes an hour before anyone answers your question. To say this company is a joke is an understatement. AVOID at all costs!!!

would not even give this company 1 star not only have they lost a parcel so basically it's stolen ( a pacel that can not be replaced) they have faked my signature and I haven't received the parcel and then another parcel was thrown over my face and left out in the rain all day and that one was electronical avoid this company and dont use at any cost the customer service is rubbish and they cannot be trusted they are thieves fraudsters.

Most unreliable courier, placed an order three weeks ago as a Christmas present and have not received as yet. I cannot even track my order, the supplier will not refund me as they said my order is in the system and is due to be delivered. Cannot get an answer from anyone 👎

Rubbish couriers! Big time! Having trouble with 90% of their drivers... Won't look for address, no calling card, just simply click in: "delivered" or "couldn't be collected ". Than you chase your parcel, or service! RUBBISH RUBBISH!

After 3 attempted deliveries in which they'ed push my buzzer (I live in student accommodation) then leave immediately. They did not respond through the intercom, nor did they wait more than 15 seconds for me to leave my room on the ground floor and what was personally worst for me they refused to leave my parcel in my safe place (a letterbox). In tracking, it shows that at 11:14 my parcel was delivered and left in the letterbox and at 11:19 they failed to deliver and are sending my parcel back to the sender (this was an amazon parcel). (GPS removed on the screenshot for privacy. So now I find amazon believes I have it (and signed for it according to amazon track), there is no reasonable way to contact Hermes (as I am not paying 7p a minute to talk to a robot which won't help me) and, there isn't even an option to collect in-store. You cannot expect working people or students to sit at home for a 4 hour period on a weekday to collect a parcel. When I set a safe place and agreed to the risk, it was because I was not going to be in. To refuse to leave my parcel in my safe place without a reason is simply not on. TL;DR; very poor service with non-existent customer support, avoid like the plague.

Useless, shouldn't be able to call themselfs a legitimate courier. Tracking is wrong, delivery dates get moved back constantly, customer services seem to lie to save themselves hassle, parcels go 'missing'. Why anyone works for this company is beyond me, it must be embarrassing.

The Company is a disaster. Twice now with packages from two different retailers, I have received emails that my package was delivered and signed for. I was home both times and no one delivered a package. The first retailer was able to track the parcel. It had not been delivered despite the email. The second package is still missing and no on his looking for it because I cannot reach a human at Hermes or the retailer.

A disgrace from start to finish, i purchased from someone and they sent Sunday. Was supposed to be delivered Wednesday waited in all day nothing, went onto live chat waited 50 minutes 678 was my number and it goes down until 0. Just to be told 15 lies literally no joke, they said that my parcel would be delivered today and that they will put it in the bin corner and it will be delivered at 3pm. Called up at 4pm and spoke to advisor who told me that instructions weren't updated and that live chat have lied to me. Got told that my parcel will definitely be with me by Friday well today is Friday and no update and no parcel. When I try to call through it says where having technical difficulties with this right now and to call back later and then hangs up on me. I wouldn't mind so much but these are christmas presents that needed to be yesterday. Don't use this service ever they lie, they ignore and nothing gets done.

Parcel dropped off wrong street/number,text said put through my letter box (it was a big package) no way of talking to anyone,but a photo was sent to show it was delivered wrong colour door/ number and on step in rain,lucky house owner tracked us down,never buy from anyone who uses Hermes as delivers.

Terrible service. Don't use Hermes. Lost one parcel. No information from the regarding this. Unable to get a response from the company. Now delay in delivering replacement parcel. No information again regarding this. Terrible service. Never use again.
