Hermes are fantastic. They keep you updated, fast collection and drop off unbelievably reliable. I wish all my deliveries came by the nice polite drivers of Hermes

Orders online and paid for next day delivery. 3 days later no parcel just blatant lies from Hermes saying they tried to deliver it. They are so useless why do retailers use them they must get so many complaints

Bad service, my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd December and I am still waiting, have had no updates since the 6th December. Really stressed as it is Christmas presents and I don't have money to replace them.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on November 5th. It's December 12th and after numerous attempts to contact these idiots still no sign of any progress. Zero stars would be too much for this abdominal company.

I am so disgusted in the service. I ordered a parcel in which they told me it was out for delivery on the 4th then they replied saying it was delayed and to be re delivered the 5th it is now the 12th and I have contacted them several times with no reply. I have now contacted the supplier (Tessuti) in which they have told me Hermes has LOST my parcel!! I am so annoyed and upset as it is close to Christmas and now I have a parcel and money lost (a lot of money) they didn’t even have the decency to contact me to tell me THEY have lost MY parcel.

Was told that the courier put my package through my letterbox but no parcel was there. Searched my CCTV only to find that there had been NO deliveries to my house that morning

Absolutely the worst courier service in the UK. Over the past few months - nothing delivered on time. Was told that i wasnt in so couldnt deliver the parcel - was in all day. More recently - they couldnt deliver due to 'external factors' it arrived at the depot in Bradford UK but hasnt been delivered for over a week - was supposed to be next day delivery. Garbage company with no customer service at all - just FAQ's and no way to actually contact them.

Yet again you think its acceptable to leave my parcel in front of my house for anyone to pick it up and take it. If I knew Hermes would deliver the parcel I wouldn't have ordered my item!

I'm sorry Hermes, but your delivery servicr is really ridiculous and disgusting. I've ordered 3 times from Asos and all there times you've delayed my item more than 2 weeks. What the heck is that? I was supposed to receive an item yesterday 10/12/19 and you delayed and cancelled it that you will send it today the 11 and still no update on the tracking and no item. This is ridiculous

Booked a parcel pickup and Monday and took the day off. It's now Wednesday and we are still sitting at home waiting. No response from Hermes. We've tried to call, but have been told they are not accepting calls. This company is a disaster.

Items where ment to be delivered Monday they where unable to deliver because of external reasons Tuesday same thing today they need me to Contact them to arrange delivery two hours on the phone on hold and nothing cancelled order with amazon no waiting for my money back why people still use this company is beyond me every one else delivers no problem

Hermes are the most USELESS courier company EVER - I am surprised that online retailed use this courier as every time I have a parcel due to be delivered by Hermes it’s never ever arrives on time. For the last 3 days my parcel has been 'out of delivery' but never arrives. I waited at home for 2 of the day as it’s a urgent parcel and spent a lot of my time trying to contact them (which is extremely difficult as they don’t have a phone number and had to wait 25 mins on the live chat to speak to an actual person and not a robot). The tracking information does not provide much detail online and isn’t correct. Much prefer DPD which has more information on tracker and always arrives on time.

Can I give a minus 5?? Can I give a minus 5? I have nothing but trouble with this company, irrespective of whether I get a parcel delivered to my work address or my home address. Been waiting 10 days for re-delivery of a parcel that was due to be delivered by 6th December at the latest. They do not respond to requests for information. My colleague has been waiting since 23rd November for her parcel to be "re-delivered".

email saying item en route with estimated delivery time. Did not arrive tried contacting Hermes whatever route you take Telephone, email, web chat only get automated responses. Impossible to contact, a perfect way to avoid hassle how many people just give up because not worth the trouble ? I am contacting trading standards and encourage others to do the same if a barrage of complaints reach them maybe something will happen, over optimistic? I will now always ask sellers if they use Hermes if they do I will not order from them.

If I could give myhermes 0 star I would. It has to be the worst delivery carrier in the UK. I don't even understand how it is still going. I've had 4 parcels stolen and 1 parcel smashed. HATE YOU GUYS AT HERMES SO MUCH.

They have twice failed to deliver parcels to me, and tracker said safely delivered to porch. We were at home when it said they delivered. Now exactly same thing has happened to my neighbour. They are hopeless. Other delivery firms 100% better at communicating too. ( take a bow DPD)

If I could give this shambles of a courier company 0 stars I would without hesitation! In the last two weeks they’ve managed to lose two of my deliveries. What an astonishing record that is! Both times I’ve received daily updates advising it would be delivered that day by my ‘friendly local courier’ only for the tracking to be revised to ‘a slight delay’ within a couple of hours. On both occasions this has gone on for well over a week. The first I’ve already had a replacement for from Amazon. The second - £300 of roman blinds - they’re still pretending that they’re going to deliver rather than actually admit they’ve lost them and pay compensation. Meanwhile, my kitchen remains unfinished as we head towards Christmas. To say I’m fuming is an understatement!

Awful service and i would now actively avoid buying from retailers who use this shocking company to deliver. Its cheap for a reason!!
