I am waiting on 2 parcels the tracking system says there both with the courier but 2weeks on I'm still waiting for both my parcel s and yes there's no contact no such poor service ..

My parcel was to be delivered last Sunday between 1-3. I waited in but no parcel arrived. When I looked at the tracker it said that my parcel unfortunately could not be delivered at that address!!! I do not know why as I have had many parcels delivered there before. I tried to contact them but there was an automated phone service which was abysmal and their chat was automated too so no real response there. After many hours spent trying to find ways to contact them I contacted the buyer then found that my package was on its way again. This time between 3-5 on Saturday. I waited in again but it still did not arrive and this time I found that the tracker told me that my parcel had been returned to sender as per my instructions. I do not know what is going on here but I definitely would not order anything else if the courier was Hermes. This would put me off totally.

Unfortunately so many UK websites use this as a delivery service. Hermes is appalling frankly. They have no contact system, only automated chat, phone recordings and emails. I've ordered items online many times before, winding up with Hermes often. One time, they said my parcel would be delivered between 5 and 8. I sat right next to my front door for five hours waiting- the package never arrived. Then, when I used the tracking service, it said someone had tried to deliver but I was out. I was not out! I ordered a parcel for next day delivery. Of course, this horrendous company didn't deliver it- 3 days later and £5.99 down the drain later, I'm honestly angry. I can't tell if couriers are lazy or stupid. One thing I can tell is that this company is a sham. Smart however, since they make ordering something under their delivery service so unavoidable and disguised in the UK.

I am yet to receive a parcel in time by this company. Paid for next day delivery on one package in particular and waited 3 weeks for it. In the meantime I moved house, couldn’t contact anyone as everything is automated and just diverts you to the FAQ section of the website. Parcel was finally delivered to old address and even though no one lived there it was left there and recorded as signed for by me!

In around 6 months MyHermes has lost, stolen and damaged around 8 of my parcels. It's impossible to reach a resolution because there is no live chat facility - the link is permanently broken. It is not possible to reach an agent on the phone. There is no complaints facility and the link to the 'claim form' if you ever manage to get one sent, is permanently broken. If your parcel does actually arrive without being lost or stolen en-route, the tracking will most likely be missing or inaccurate, and the courier will leave your parcel without even ringing your doorbell, documenting it as being left 'in the shed or garage' even if you don't have one, for example. There are two accounts of parcel tracking which do not match up - their system is broken and wildly inaccurate. One of my parcels arrived with the buyer having been sliced open with the contents removed - this was of course disputed when I finally managed to get a response via Resolver, a third party complaints facility. One should also note that their 'exclusions list' excludes any responsibility over practically all possible items, meaning they offer no compensation should your item be lost, damaged or stolen. I initially started out by sending a letter before small court claim to head office detailing all the cases, yet this was of course ignored. I then opened up individual cases via Resolver yet each email was answered by a different agent in India who ignored my responses and questions, using obfuscative tactics simply to avoid paying out any claims. The agents even lied on numerous occasions. Each individual case has resulted in some 15-24 email exchanges, yet they still refuse to send out so-called 'claim forms' or issue any kind of refund. I really don't know how such a company are in business when their practices are as appalling as this. MyHermes should be held to account and their customers should be heard. Avoid at all costs - you HAVE been warned!

Labels don't work, drop off system doesn't work and they can only be contacted by an online helpdesk mon - sat 9 -6. REally poor service.

This company is fraud, steer well clear of them. I ordered stuff through ebay international shipping, at no time did they mention the UK arm of ebay uses hermes. Response from ebay very very poor leaving me to deal with the un-contactable company. My parcel has been out for delivery since Monday 10th December. Why legal steps are not in place to close these fraudsters down is disgraceful.

I paid for next day delivery and package never arrived, when I tried to contact hermes, I got automated messages which ended the phone call, there was no way to speak to an actual human being

Absolute shambles of a company! Lost my parcel and found it 3 times then tried to deliver an empty box to the customer after I told them he had been refunded. They don’t pay back what you’ve paid them and ignore your emails and complaints, they just sent back automated emails

I ordered a pair of trainers, but they were delivered when I was at work. The delivery driver left my parcel outside my door and left a card saying it was left in a ‘safe’ place. When I got home there was no parcel outside my door, have attempted to contact Hermes many times but can never get through to anyone. Just automated emails. A couple days later I ordered a dress off of pretty little thing for a party I had, I paid for next day delivery and it was scheduled to come next day, unfortunately Hermes were the couriers and 3 days later I still haven’t received my parcel. Worst delivery service I’ve ever used.

Text and emailed saying item being delivered between 5-9pm no show Next day I wasn’t home due to work not my fault should of delivered day before like they had said ... next day 3pm-7pm right that’s fine will wait in all day since I was emailed to say wait in after I complained 3pm -7pm text saying we are sorry delivery is moved to 5pm-9pm NO SHOW problem getting to my address again .. so you can deliver when I’m at work but not when I’m actually home pathetic company

Appauling service! Ordered goods from online retailer on 1st December 2019, it has been sat in their depot for days. Now the tracker says item has been delivered and signed for. I can categorically state I haven't received it. It was my daughter's Christmas present Ffs! I can't find any help on the useless website nor a bloody number!!!

I thought initially they were great. But after using them to send my Ebay parcels they have managed to ruin perfect feedback by losing parcels or dropping them. All were fully insured- what a joke.... they don't pay out. I have had to reimburse my customers and I am now £300 in total out of pocket. Will I get anything back... not a chance! DO NOT USE THEM

Absolute diabolical service. Out if 5 parcels I have sent through Ebay - all fully insured. 2 arrived late. 1 was dropped and they won't pay out. 1 sent on 23rd November arrived 12th December. 1 still missing that I face had to refund. Ruined my perfect record with Ebay and earned me negative feedback. I am totally disgusted. DON'T USE THEM

The last 5 parcels I gave sent with Hermes have all gone missing or been badly damaged. The last one reports being "delayed" through a road closure! FOR 7 DAYS! whst? Really? They take no responsibly and aim £300 in total out of pocket DO NOT USE THEM

Lost package, no one to phone to complain to. As with other reviews...signed for by courier and no proof of attempted posting left. A mystery as to where this package could be!? The retailer is being very sympathetic and openly stated that Hermes is a law unto its self...she said, “anything can happen with Hermes.” I assume this implies a wider, greater problem within Hermes. As I have witnessed myself (within the Penzance area), a Hermes courier leaving their car/van doors open, with packages free to be taken, or in this case perhaps falling from the open door and driven over through their haste. I can just see my parcel having been crushed under the wheels of a Hermes van and the resulting cover up, another failed Job and a very annoyed customer.
