Last minute email saying item due for delivery, called customer service to say was at work and would only be in on Saturday so was told item would be delivered Saturday to call today (Saturday) to be told item won’t be attempted until Monday and then got hung up on when pushed them for reasons

Unbelievable. Paid for a parcel to be sent and was emailed a label. Went to shops and was told I need a qr code. Spent 30 minutes trying to contact customer service to get help. Every number I tried u could not speak to anyone. So ended up costing me more money to send the parcel. Will never ever use them again.

driver just knocked on the door and run after 15 seconds,so no parcel for me first day,and he did the same thing 2 more times,i leave instructions for him to leave the parcel there,just leave it.No it didnt happen.Great MyHermes.

Absolutely spastics ... no imagination of the couriers which are unable to deliver a package to the only one store existing in the city only because all their work relay on GPS. Customer service is pure shitte and same as years ago you speaking with bot or with a human who can’t do anything for you.

Worst delivery company I have ever experienced!! In the past 2 weeks I have had two parcels 'delivered' recieved the tracking information to say the delivery has been signed for by myselft and someone has forged the signature and no parcel has been attemped to be delivered when my fiance has been home and the doorbell was not rung on both occasions! Hermes then don't have a contact number to call how convenient so nowhere to complain to!! Both parcels have contained expensive goods and it is very frustrating to recieve such bad customer service from a courier and delivery company who are not vetting their couriers and the people they hire are trying to steal people's goods!!! Worst company ever and I advise every person to avoid them at all costs!!!!!!

If I could give this delivery company a zero I would. I sold a coin on Ebay, I decided to use my Hermes and trust them with my item.. what a mistake. After my Ebay customer contacted me to inform me that they hadn't received their parcel I tried to track it, it had apparently arrived at the depot. (10 days after I had posted it). I contacted customer service and they informed me that the item had been damaged, bearing in mind the packet was prepared and unless someone stamped on it or ran over it with a truck it would have withstood most bumps or knocks. Before I contacted them no effort had been made to inform me of this. I also asked if the item could be sent back damaged, no was their response. I asked for evidence of the damage, non could be given. I was then sent a claims form which I filled in, the reply I received informed me my item was not covered. Surprise surprise. During the process of setting up my delivery it asks what you are intending to send to where it entered 'COIN' after which it let me select 'COVER ITEM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE' at no point did it flag up informing me that this couldn't be covered amongst the never ending list of nearly every item on the planet that also isn't covered. To top it off, they have the audacity to end the reply with "we are sorry for any inconvenience caused"... yes you bloody effed up my delivery and robbed my item as well as my money for the delivery. Day light robbery, how these can get away with it I have no idea, terrible company. Avoid at all costs, royal mail is more expensive but at least you can rely on them to deliver.

Absolutely useless excuse for a parcel company Absolutely useless excuse for a parcel company. They maybe a little cheaper than the major parcel companies but don't bother, pay a little extra ! So far in 2019 they have lost a return Jacamo order of £120 , they have mislaid 2 X Amazon orders. Customer online chat is pathetic at best! I honestly don't think I have ever come across such an uncaring amateur business in 40yrs. I used to use Hermes 5 days a week. No more! Absolute joke outfit!

@Hermesparcels well after 5 days yiu have finally admited my package has been found disposed of and the item of jewellery is not there... And we have meant to trust your staff well obviously not at this depot and what will be done sweet FA well im going to report it to the police

Yet again- I did not receive the parcel that was being delivered to jd sports yesterday! Told it would be delivered today between 2pm and 4pm!! Didn't happen!

My parcel was allegedly attempted for delivery yesterday despite the fact that 4 people were in ALL day and nobody knocked on the door and NO card was left.....blatant lies and highly unprofessional....and looking at the reviews, they seem to do this all the time.....why is nobody looking into this !?!? my parcel is a birthday present and if it's not there on time i'm going to be very upset....it's simply NOT good enough.

Every time I am waiting on a parcel to be delivered by Hermes, it never arrives on time. Today a parcel was being delivered to JD sports for me to pick up - they're tracking said that they were unable to deliver - nobody in?? Really? In a store!!

Every single time Hermes have been the courier of my delivery there has been issues! I promise you ever single time! I am unsure as to how they are still in business to be 100% honest. If you need an item for a specific day & Hermes tell you they will deliver on that day please have a backup because they will not fulfill their promise. Or when they do it’ll come either hours or worse days late, or it’ll be left outside your house in an unsafe place in the hopes that no one steals it. Thank you

Tracking No.7831213816885148 Again their driver lied, by stating that he tried to deliver our parcel but we were not in. Firstly, we put the outside lights on and were watching out the window all evening Secondly, no card was left stating that he called and thirdly we left instructions on their web site to leave our parcel in porch They keep doing this and I object most strongly to being lied to on a regular basis. Spent 15 minutes the following morning trying to find a phone number for their "friendly customer service dept.". Listened to all the options and was told that all common queries can be answered on their website. Logged onto the site and found the only way to contact them is by "live chat " or e mail. I tried live chat but eventually gave up no definite explanation for their conduct, or an apology or what action they will take against the driver who lied and no clear undertaking that I would receive my parcel today. Only that that they would "try" to deliver between 5 and 9 PM, the same as yesterday. If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would use it.

Outrageous. It happens the second time in 2 weeks. I ordered something and I think it would be best if I requested deliveryAndrea to my workplace. Because I always stay there and many more than me. So from morning to night, there is always someone to take over the package. Every day I watched the tracking that showed when it will be shipped. Then I just saw that the driver tried to deliver it but I wasn't there. After the driver lied three times, the first package was said to have been returned to the sender but never arrived there. The second pack was the first attempt today. And how surprising. I wasn't there yet ....... Now if I see that Hermes would deliver my order, I wouldn't order. I don't want to pay for a non-existent service. Avoid this company far away.

A courier from hermes delivered a parcel to my garden. My dog promptly destroyed the parcel and had a container with tables in his mouth. Had I not got home when I had my dog could have died. The courier 'hailey' didn't want to know. I am taking this further as it is not acceptable to deliver items into people's garden.

Terrible customer service. Did not deliver the product on time, or even days after they said they would. Being told 'just be patient' did not help. When someone pays extra for delivery on a specific day, they expect it that day. At latest the day after. You did not deliver this. Terrible company, would not use again.

Supposed to deliver a parcel on Saturday 23rd Mar. This is Tues 26th. Ring Hermes. Excuse was your driver could t get in as road blocked. As it's a crescent they always keep one end open if workmen doing a job. Lots of us live here and we could get in. Plenty parking on street adjacent. Might I suggest the driver was just to lazy to get up off their arse and walk a few yards ? It was a small parcel after all. Read so many bad reviews about your company and they can't all be wrong surely ? Still waiting on parcel. Rang your number, spoke to woman who was less than helpful , told to ring customer ( HA !) . Answer machine......

Absolutely terrible service list a parcel tried blaming the company parcel was ordered from i screenshotted this sent it to company who then done same with his myhermes account showing they had collected parcel then said they had technical issues and would not accept liability do not use absolute joke of a company

Awful customer service. The driver signed for my parcel and advised on his computer it was myself that signed for it. Because if this the retailer is refusing to refund! Myhermes admitted this happened and keep referring me to the retailer. The drivers are thieves!
