would of been a better idea to throw my parcel in the bin outside the shop I dropped it at to be honest. wish there was a choice to give minus stars. - absolutely disgusting customer service or lack of!! no compassion for the fact they had not only lied to myself and the recipient for nearly a week they then only notified us of anything wrong by emailin her demandig to ask me for a refund. I think they have kept it for themselves as it was a unique bespoke item and has no chance of being replaced, they refuse to show me any proof of damages - I have even offered to pay for damaged delivery but they are having none of it- wont even send me a picture- dodgy!! they have nothing but rude, robot like responses on live chat which is the only way you can communicate as they have no contact number so I wouldn't go anywhere near this lot unless your confident using a computer/emails. no claim allowed for damages/initial cost of item or even postage! all labels,even the postage label had it written in caps that it was fragile and you can clearly see what it was and it looks very expensive so one of them have robbed me and they are lying to cover it up!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

3 days awaiting a collection. No commuication. Asked for refund, what a joke. They will review your case to see if your justified for a refund and then it will be 5-7 days Easy money for a poor service Please be aware of these clowns as they are giving the courier business a bad name

I sent a parcel to a remote village in mainland Spain and it arrived according to plan and I am very happy with the service provided by Hermes and the price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately there was a mistake with my address so the courier was unable to deliver my parcel. This was obviously a mistake I made. There is no way to contact this company by telephine and despite several webchat conversations and providing my full address 7 times and my telephone number I am still being asked to wait for the non delivery of my parcel to be resolved. For health and safety reasons it’s not possible to collect it myself from the warehouse! One very fed up person, come on Hermes get this sorted

The driver did not come but made for out of delivery . This Hermes service should shut down . I tried to contact the customer service . They cannot do anything . LoL . Shut it down

Hermes have supposedly made two attempts to deliver a parcel. Comment “nobody at house”. We have been “at home” at the time of both reported deliveries. Can only assume they went to the wrong address which is not difficult to be found. No card was left. Hefmed difficult to contact and suggest going back to retailers!

Terrible company from start to finish I bought a campervan cooler from Ebay. The lady packed it up well, in a box with extra cardboard around the item also wrapped in bubble wrap.It had FRAGILE and THIS WAY UP all over the box. I insured it for full value of £120. Item turned up smashed to bits, looked like it had been used in 5 aside football. I made a claim, after sending loads of info and photos, Hermes said it is not covered as it is a kitchen appliance, and that falls into the category of "not covered". I replied saying it is NOT a kitchen appliance but a cooler made exclusively for use inside a campervan. They have now chose just to ignore me. I WON'T EVER USE HERMES AGAIN.

Worst courier going. Fail to deliver every time. Even their online 'nominate a neighbour' service is a joke, as it won't allow an address with a different postcode (my neighbour is on the same street, but odd and even number houses have different postcodes). Every other courier service can deal with the fact I work full time so am not in to take or sign for deliveries, Hermes have never, ever managed to do this. Utterly, utterly woeful.

Tracking number: 0700672893571566 Please l would like for this to be investigated as a matter of urgency. My order is a next day delivery parcel. I have been at home waiting all day for the useless driver to press my bell. Nobody turned up. The only parcel l received today is from Royalmail. Hermes delivery man did not turn up and there was no card left; well how can they leave a card when they have not even gained access to the building? This has always been the case for Hermes delivery officers; they never deliver your parcel on the right day. They always skip addresses. It happens all the time. I will have to speak to this cloth vendor to stop using Hermes. Pending that time, l want my parcel delivered ASAP TODAY as l am still at home waiting For my parcel. It is frustrating that we cannot contact Hermes on the phone regarding issues like this; useless company. I will be updating you all on this issue

ppalling. Didn't deliver citing "access issues" although every other carry and Royal Mail have no problems. Having said that, it was impossible to get hold of anybody to complain to or rearrange delivery. When I did manage to get a local phone number there was no answer (after many attempts). The national call number required me to select the appropriate option from several menus before referring me to the website and hanging up! The website informed me that for the delivery service selected, there was no option for me to collect from a local depot or for it to be delivered to a local drop off shop!! Inevitably, the parcel went back to the supplier. I will never buy anything again from a supplier who wants to use Hermes!! AAAARRRRRGGHHH!!!

Stay away and use another service for your deliveries. My parcel was never collected, and the customer service is really terrible.

My parcel arrived and somebody had literally cut along the side and stole the contents along with the invoice. It was a pain talking to customer services and telling them what happened. Never again

Perhaps when we leave reviews on sites such as Amazon Etc. we all leave a review stating something like "... the product was great, but badly let down by Hermes who left it in the bin / forged my signature/threw it over the fence,Etc.." If Hermes won't listen then perhaps the firms they are delivering on behalf of will. If you would like to complain to Hermes exec office why not give them a ring on 0344 5127190. They won't do anything either but at least you will feel better 55 1116 7225 045 7888

Waited in all day for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered between 13:00 & 14:00, then received a message saying they tried to deliver but no one was in, YES I WAS, they didn't even leave a card or try a neighbour. My guess is the driver couldn't be bothered or was running late so didn't even turn up & made the excuse that I wasn't in. This isn't the first time this has happened with Hermes I hope I never have to use them again.

Non arrival of parcel:- on my delayed journey home I received a text assuring me of its delivery but when I got there no parcel or card that told me where it might be. People working in house had not received it . It took a long time working round the labarynthine web site to instigate a "chat" and at third attempt managed to sustain my complaint ; was assured of investigation. Later today e-mail announced that they had talked to the courier who had delivered to a man working here , who signed for it. The time of signature was nearly 3 hours after everyone had left and the signature was not known to anyone . Hermes feel that the incident had been concluded to their satisfaction. There is an old saying that " Customer satisfaction is like making love to a gorilla - you cant stop when you are satisfied you have to continue until the gorilla is satisfied" This gorilla still awaits her post-coital cigarette. Hermes is avoidable - suggest you don't use them They do not accept responsibility and at least one of the company is a stranger to the truth

Hermes must be one of the worst companies for delivering parcels . So many times at the weekend they have promised deliveries but never turned up Today, once again I have waited several hours for them during the given time, then received a message when I checked the tracking of a delay of 24 hours, after the time had passed ..I would never recommend Hermes and I think companies are using them because they are cheap but unreliable..
