Rank top for worst customer service for me. After receiving an email saying my parcel was lost I filled in the claims form and received an email saying payment would be within 14days (even that is a joke). Today, 22 days later, they now need more information. If you want to send a parcel with Hermes just be prepared for the most frustrating time wasting experience if that parcel is lost or damaged. If Hermes read this and want to genuinely fix it, my parcel number is 8133283246771184. I will happily update this review if hermes come up with the goods.

After paying for a signed parcel to be delivered as part of my CD duplication business, it was left on a open front porch. The driver claimed they had put it in a shed and only made 2 attempts at delivery on the same day. Not only has this company proven to be unreliable, but their drivers dishonest. The package was bespoke, so if stolen it would have to be replaced at my time and expense. after several canned responses, they refused to offer any compensation. This has lost me a customer and damaged my reputation. Truly awful company who refuse to take responsibility for their lying, lazy and incompetent staff. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced having lived in the UK, US, Australia and the Netherlands. Failed to deliver yet again!! Again they reported they tried to deliver the parcel. It also reflects badly on the online store I ordered goods from - Cult Beauty. I just won't buy from Cult Beauty again because I don't want to deal with Hermes delivery.

I ordered with next day delivery at the same time as ordering 3 other things from 3 other sites all using different courtiers and the other 3 with no next day delivery and they have all arrived fine most next day yet a week on and my Hermes delivery is still not with me.its a birthday present for my niece for tomorrow so doubtful she'll get it now! Awful service! Very disappointed!

Failed to deliver yet again!! Been in all day I have lost count of the number of times when they reported they tried to deliver parcel but you weren't in.

Dropped off a package at local pick-up point, few days later went to check the status only to find that the package had not moved. Chat useless as standard responses. Emailed both their customer services and CEO who displays herself as being available for queries on service. Received an email 24 hours later stating that they had searched for the package and unable to find so case closed?. Visited the drop-off point as very close only to discover that packages for sending\Delivery are left on shop floor in a couple of bins, anyone could walk in and help themselves as no security?. Seems Hermes don't check that their 3rd party dop off points are fit for purpose (i.e. no security). Sat for 20 mins trying to call the customer service but gave up as not wasting 13p per minute to wait for an eternity on them answering. This company don't like feedback as all communication channels are closed (apart from chat to a helpline in India). Hope the CEO of MyHermes reads this and comes out to discuss their terrible customer service. Anyway will now try to claim on insurance.

Thieves. They ‘lost’ my saddle and will not reimburse me as longer than 28 days (I had presumed it had arrived at its destination) DO NOT TRUST MYHERMES

Worst courier service going. They lie about the successful delivery of parcels and there is no customer service to speak of. From now on I will check the courier used before ordering anything online and will definitely not bother if it is these cowboys that are used.

If you are sending only clothing or none breakable items they are not to bad. But if going to send the the item which could break do not use them. I did package very well I thought it wouldn’t be possible to break them but they did manage to delivery broken items. They must have been throwing them bad. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Took them over a week to collect the parcels, despite constant chasing. They then lost both the parcels and claim they never collected them! Avoid at all costs, they are the worst delivery company ever!

Hermes need someone to go in and investigate this company they are up to no good for sure. Lost my parcel told me contents are not covered then no refund on postage. Utter rubbish avoid i would sooner trust a heroin addict on public transport to deliver my goods than this company

If I could give them no stars, I would. A courier tried to deliver a parcel to me 3 times. They pushed a card through the door with the box ticked to say they would try to deliver again on next working day. Unfortunately, I work full time therefore wouldn't be in on the following day and I don't think my employer would appreciate me taking time off to wait all day for a delivery. The cards left were not completed as they should have been i.e local courier name and contact number were left blank. The tracking service is never up to date and there are no contact details on the website to talk to someone or make a complaint. The only choice for alternative delivery are 1. leave with a neighbour (mine is a senior citizen who won't open the door to strangers) or 2. leave in a safe place like a porch (we don't have one). I can't believe any company would pay to use this appalling service. I have complained to the retailer from which I made purchases and have told them I won't be making any further purchases from them if they continue to use this courier. Their loss not mine, I spend a lot of money with them but have previously used click and collect which is no longer offered. I feel so strongly about how bad Myhermes are. They should go out of business. I cannot answer any of the next questions honestly as I have still not had my deliver. Absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately can not rate them zero. Arranged for parcel to be delivered, entered weight and dimension of parcel, they took money. Sent a car to pick up package which was to big for car. Courier told me can will be sent, van never showed. Had to contact Hermes via live chat can not phone them of course. Customer service rep had stock responses and told me to arrange through another courier because they can not send parcels that large. They then cut chat off. I would like to point out the package was 77cm x 78cm x 45cm so nothing massive. Funny a courier that can not send parcels of anything medium sized but quick enough to take the cash. Service rubbish Customer relations rubbish. Advise you find a different courier if you want to send anything larger than will go through a letter box. If any manager from Hermes would like to contact me to discuss I would welcome it. As when I requested to speak to a manager I got told they would just tell me what I had already been told and then I was cut off. Well done Hermes another satisfied customer (this is sarcasm, just in case you think I am actually complimenting you)

worst delivery company Like many other people here I have encountered exactly the same problem from this horrible company.At the time of delivery I was at home but the hermes website says the parcel has been left with a neighbour without stating the neighbours flat number or name and when you put your postcod on their website to get more information ,nothing comes up,they have not even left me a card that it has been left with a neighbour,,,how many people should be the victim of this RUBBISH DELIVERY COMPANY in the same method?how many?someone tells me please.

If I could less than 1 star, I would have ! Hermes sent my parcel from John Lewis to the wrong depot, and rather than just redirecting it to the correct depot then on to me , they returned it to John Lewis - who at the time of writing still haven’t received it either !!! Can’t contact Hermes - Non existent customer service. Just caught in a frustrating circle of useless web chats, ‘support’ emails which don’t send and basically no one having a clue, or giving a damn. TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID !!!!!!

Terrible experience! At first I've contacted myHermes UK via webchat, let them know my tracking number 3342418662400771 and they said I should contact myHermes International. When I contacted you, you said you cannot help me and I need to contact a local myHermes service and suddenly the chat was ended without any further explain.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it won't let me do minus! Terrible company. Tracking system is very good shame the actual drivers didn't deliver the parcel. My clients parcel said it had been delivered and the driver (or a local passing dog) had signed for it stating it was his signature, he wasn't even in! AVOID using this company

Took 12 days to deliver from London to Hull. During that time customer decided that it was too long to wait , understandably. I contacted Hermes for the 5th time and they said they would return my parcel to me ( I have the proof from saved chat) . But instead they delivered to my customers porch while she was out even though she stated no porch delivery online. Hermes refuse to return my parcel even though they agreed, I have to pay them again to return my parcel. All I got was apologies for such a late delivery and apologies for not returning parcel to me. So basically they are ripping me off. I post many items each week as a small trader and this how now cost me a loss and a lost customer. Do not use Hermes if you cannot afford to lose money.
