I have never received any parcel on time so that is why I am here to give my personal feedback and hopefully it will be taken seriously. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go with Hermes UK I rather pay a penny more then get this terrible service again.

Absolute shower of S**T, so called tracking service says their driver tried to deliver my parcel, which is a blatant LIE, i was home when they supposedly tried to deliver, not only that my Ring door bell has no events to show they rang the bell. Why can i not leave o stars for this company, second time i have had a terrible experience

I sent my friend a birthday parcel via MyHermes and the box arrived with her in such a battered state it must have been thrown around numerous times! Luckily nothing inside was broken. On another occasion the delivery driver had thrown a parcel over an 8ft gate without bothering to knock (someone was in). A third parcel I was told had been damaged after I queried why it hadn't been delivered to another friend. I struggled to get a refund as they said they wanted a photo of the damaged parcel before they would issue a refund. I said I couldn't send a photo as they had the parcel & gave an ultimatum, either return the damaged parcel to me or issue a refund. I got the refund which makes me seriously question where the parcel went...

I have been waiting in all day for my parcel which stated would be delivered today as paid for between 12-2pm and when I. He led the status of the delivery it stated they had tried to deliver which is WRONG as I am in and No one has knocked or even left a card, this is not the first time the wrong information has been on Hermes site.

They lost my parcel. Their insurance fee is simply paying for their negligence if they lose the shipment. I will not use them again, as not only was the shipment lost, but I am out of pocket and had to jump through their hoops to recover a proportion of the shipment value.

Terrible courier. They just don't care. Deliver to wrong address in my experience over the last few years. Customer service just talk nonsense to make it seem they are doing something when you chase up a lost delivery. Drivers lie about delivery ttempts. They are really awful. AVOID!.

The worst company for customer service ,shouldn't even be allowed to operate as they are an utter shambles even the courier had signed for an item that I did not receive I have met so many people with not one good word to say about them .a total disgrace for a so called reputable company ,customer doesn't seem to matter one bit.

Hermes delivered a package without forewarning of any kind. It was dropped over my automatic gates and I only discovered it by accident hours later, after a day of pouring rain. The valuable historic books inside are now irreparably damaged. These people are an excuse for a delivery company, and this is not the first time I have had a problem.

Just lately been terrible saying I wasn’t in when I was definitely in. Latest fiasco, yesterday I had a designated delivery day as needed item and again said I wasn’t in, I definitely was, and today parcel is ‘delayed’ . What is going on, very unreliable, will have to find other ways to get my internet deliveries.

My Hermes left my parcel outside where there were clearly dogs running around and the dog ate my parcel! Delivery people of my Hermes have no common sense what so ever and they didn't even bother trying to contact me about the situation after I emailed a compliant! Luckily the seller of the item is willing to send a replacement!! Such an unprofessional, unreliable service!!

1* because the system does not allow zero! Since Dec18 this carrier has failed to deliver 4 out of 5 parcels sent via them, all were eventually declared as lost and had to be credited by the suppliers. Hermes made zero contact with me, no apology, no reason or excuse even tho the packages were tracked to a final " out for delivery " then vanished? I suppose one could say Hermes are magic, THEY MAKE PARCELS DISAPPEAR!! Then treat both supplier & recipient with contempt. I now refuse to do business with any company gullible enough to do business with this excuse for a carrier. Hermes does not deserve to be in business!!

Worst company ever, still chaising refund for lost parcel that I had covered 120£ half of my family were left out of Christmas presents. The worst thing is I used international service and the only way to contact them is through chat which many times they terminate and noone can be accountable for!

Every single time I get a delivery from them it gets delayed, but to make it worse they blatantly lie about attempting delivery. On other occasions my parcel got returned to my sender two times, the 2nd time they sent it by another courier and I got it the next day. I live in a normal, easy to reach area in a town of 50k. I will now inquire about what couriers retailers use. If its myhermes, I won't use them. Just not worth the endless hassle.

I lost 3 parcels I ordered online shop last year. I have been avoided to use Hermes but still some shops use them. I was waiting for 4 days for my parcel to come. It supposed to be a next delivery. I tracked my parcel , but it says "on its way" for 4 days. There is no update at all. I got in touch with help service with online chat. First, why should I spend my time for saving their time and money to chat with computer first and then a person. Second I prefer to call on the phone. But there is no telephon number. Worst experienced ever!

First I get an email saying I can track my parcel - even before Hermes admit to having the parcel. Do not send me an email to track a parcel which you do not admit to having. It took two days for Hermes to say they had the parcel. Another day to say it had been sent to local depot. Another day to say it is on it's way - but not with courier. Courier delivered parcel before I was aware it was going to arrive. When I tracked my parcel in the morning of the day it was delivered it was still not with the courier. What is the point of having tracking if it does not allow one to plan when to be present for delivery. Oooh, forgot to mention I had to 'Live chat' to a dumb AI computer before Live Chatting to a person whilst enquiring of where my parcel was. All in all a dreadful experience.

The parcel was not collected on the day it was supposed to have been collected. Then the parcel went missing and they advised me that it had been damaged and they couldn’t locate all of the contents. I requested a refund and to be given the money back for the items but I have still Not received anything. I will never use Hermes again.

Absolutely horrendous lazy couriers. Why leave a contact number if you’re going to ignore repeated attempts to contact and ignore requests? Customer service just feeds you a pack of lies to keep you quiet. Joke company, don’t know why businesses insist on using them!
