Never ever had a parcel delivery on time - totally rubbish

Waited in for 4 days in a row for a package, constantly having my delivery slot rearranged for them to then not show up and say ‘attempted delivery but I was not in’. This is an absolute lie as I haven’t left my house in 4 days is I’ve been waiting in for this parcel. Hard to get hold of tried to redirect the package to a shop nearby and no such luck. Disgusted with them obviously lazy staff who can’t be bothered to deliver to me as I live on the top floor of a block of flats.

Threatening behaviour- shocking service The order was broken up and one bit delivered in 3 days and the other 10 days later, for no reason.  The delivery driver hit my car with the parcel causing damage. When I confronted him and asked for his details he rushed off after being very abusive and aggressive towards me.  Hermes refused to do anything or to pay for the repairs saying his a subcontractor and therefore not their responsibility. They refused to give me his details or his insurance details too. Shocking!!! I will never use them again.

Hermes left my parcel in a unsecured area (car park and not in my garden) where it was never seen again. Hermes doesn’t accept their mistake and yet buyers are sometimes left with no refund or parcels.... I was refused a refund for my garments because Hermes left it unsecure!!! Worst delivery company on the planet!!

Drivers are liar's they say they try to deliver your parcel when they haven't bothered. Then put the blame on you as if you wasn't there to receive the parcel. You pay for next day delivery for a terrible excuse when they don't make THEIR deadline and blame the costumer. Maybe I will hit the Lying T*at over the head with the parcel tomorrow when he apparently tries again.

The worst drivers we ever witness, because most of the time they do not deliver on time and left the parcels outside the door of large building block. They refused bluntly to ring the bell or to take parcel to the customer door

terrible company. Rang customer complaints line 17 times before I managed to get through to a member of staff who was then unable to help. Delivery driver helpfully left missed delivery card with the 3rd and final delivery attempt meaning I wasn't aware that a delivery was being made. Very poor company, best avoided

BS48 2UF, deliveries by Roger: 20th Feb 2019 and 21st Feb 2019; Roger has been absolutely outstanding in his customer centredness. He is so considerate and makes every effort to deliver any parcels to a safe place. Our neighbours have commented to us on how they are so impressed with him too. He is always courteous and just so, so pleasant. A great advocate for Hermes. As an organisation Hermes is not our favourite delivery service as it is so unreliable and has a 'can't do attitude' when contacted. Roger is so not like this - he is outstanding!

Payed to send a parcel back to a seller on eBay for it to be delivered back to me after a week of the courier having it. The parcel had been ripped open and everything. Yet they won’t refund my £10.38 I payed to send the parcel because they have to follow protocol.

The worst courier service. They have your parcel and then send you a message that your parcel was delivered through your letterbox which is not possible as the parcel is too big. Mind the fact I was at home all day as I don't work. And also they send you a picture of small part of your parcel as a proof! How on Earth the pic of the corner of envelope is a proof of delivering it!

After being in all day, the courier claimed I was not home and therefore did not leave a package, for which I had ordered next-day delivery. In order to ensure the package's arrival the next day, I took all necessary steps (I diverted it online, emailed the support team and left explicit instructions on my door). Again, the courier said I was not in and instead sent it back to the company. I highly doubt he or she even came to my house. The Hermes help team was also incredibly unhelpful and do NOT call their helpline, it costs 6 pounds and only gives your three automated options. Do not use their business.

After the whole day waiting at home, the courier came to my building and, instead of ringing my bell or calling my phone, went to the Accommodation Office (which is closed on weekends) and then left. What kind of delivery service address the parcel to the Accommodation Office without even try to ring the bell of the flat where the parcel is supposed to be delivered? Unacceptable service.

Apparently I signed for my package and it was apparently delivered to my address. The photo posted by the driver is unknown to me, it doesn't exist on my road. I was at home specifically to sign for it. The customer support were unable to help, they just came back with a 'check with your neighbours'. You can't speak to a person, absolutely useless, would not recommend.

I have now been waiting for two days at home waiting for my parcel to be delivered. They keep on postponing the delivery time. My first experience with them was just as frustrating. This is extremely frustrating! (AS I am typing this, yet another message from them - Your local Hermes courier has had to re-schedule your delivery. We're still delivering your Dunelm parcel today. We’ll now deliver your parcel: Between 3pm and 5pm This is a joke!

On several oassions I have requested for my parcels not to be left with neighbours, that my parcel should be re-delivered to my address the following day. I have also requested that the My hermes courier, to be changed as he's rude. Both requests have continued to fall on death ears. It's a shame you don't get a choice to choose a different courier service, when making online purchases.

After staying in everyday for a week I went on the tracking site and said they were delivering that at day. Stayed in all that day only for the parcel not to arrive. Next day I assumed my parcel would arrive then so again stayed in and popped out for an hour so put a huge note on my door to leave with my neighbour. Arrived home and went intracking site only to find that they said that they had delivered but were not in. A total lie. No one to ring only an automated message telling me to put my reference number in to be told that my parcel had been delivered and refer to the calling card. What calling card? Goes to show they havnt even attemptedto deliver my parcel. Got no idea what to do now and havnt a clue where my parcel is. Bunch of scum bags!
