“In general no issues. Would have really liked to talk to somebody unfortunately never able to reach anyone, only via email. Did have to follow up on email a few times since I only received automated reply.”

“I appreciate you guys getting my transcript evaluated as quickly as you could. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in my favor under the circumstances and cost me a lot of money which I don't think I can claim any of it.”

“take forever to let me know that the document i sent in not verified and can't be use. It take 3 months to be done. But whatever, is all done already, so i can go back to school next month”

“Hey my evaluation was good but there was a typing error on my grades like my gpa is written correct but some of my credits have typing errors in them like for an A there should be 4 but I have 3 written ....”

“Hi David, thanks for your efforts but am not satisfied because you should have asked me to bring my original documents for authentication which are in my possession. I was expecting to a document with a confirmation from the university where I graduated including a certification giving me access to continue my studies. Nevertheless, I do hope something will be done. Thanks Cyrille Nanche”

“The process is very confusing. It's hard to understand exactly what you need to send IEE in order to get an evaluation. So I reached out to the chat support, and they told me hard-copies for my transcripts were needed. Then I reached out to support by email, and they told me the opposite. I'm glad I didn't have to mail in anything, eventually, but it was a headache.”

“As agreed that you will write that it is provisional but what i found is a warning as if my certificate is nonsense and it is a Letter of confirmation to the universities about doubting the validity of the certificate granted . noting that my certificate is documented and stamped from ministries also i have worked several years and had several degrees but really iam shocked if i knew that i should not pay money for that.”

“End result/outcome was good and quicker than expected so I guess that's the main thing! Just two notes on the experience: The online order form was pretty confusing and somehow submitted the request for a different reason (education) than what I was trying to (immigration). All made for a stressful start to the experience with support staff telling me after I'd paid that I now needed to mail in documents instead of just online… not great. In fact, even this review form has fields and questions that are not at all relevant to what I had done. Throughout the process, updates and timeline were vague but think came through in the time they said it would so guess that's all that matters. Just a little more insight into the process would be helpful instead of 'processing' or whatever the state was :) I guess both those notes are about the online experience not being as considered and thought out as it could be.”

“Hello, I ordered a rush documents and it was perfeclty deliver so i gave it another chance with a bigger documents that needed translation and also the evaluation equivalency from my Bachelors degree. and this order was sent on october 7th and still havent receive anything order number is 1398801 waiting for that order or any advance thanks”
